Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes (Qi And Yin Deficiency Syndrome) With Modified Qidijiangtang Decoctio

Objective:In this study,through the observation of qidi Jiangtang Decoction by it’s curative effect changes for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(deficiency of qi and Yin),meanwhile evaluate its safety.The clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine treatment was discussed,which is important to the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in the theoretical basis and clinical basis.Methods:Choice conforms to the standard of 66 patients with type 2 diabetes,the random number table method divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 33 cases.All patients received routine education.The control group were giving Metformin hydrochloride tablets to control blood glucose,the treatment group were giving Qidi Jiangtang Decoction on this basis,treatment with 4 weeks as a course,3 course for the treatment.At the end,the levels of TCM syndrome score,FBG,2HBG,Hb Alc,INS,C-P,HOMA-IR were compared between the two groups,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qidijiangtang decoction.Results:(1)Blood glucose and islet function: Compared with the control group,FPG,2h PG,Hb Alc and HOMA-IR were significantly decreased in the treatment group(P<0.05),while FINS and C-P levels were significantly improved in the treatment group(P<0.05).(2)Analysis of hypoglycemic efficacy: compared with the control group,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 89.28%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)Curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome: Compared with the control group,the symptom score in the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05);The treatment group’s total effective rate was 92.85%,while that of the control group was only 70.96%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(4)Safety evaluation: during the study,two groups of patients were adverse events did not happen.Conclusion: Qidi Jiangtang Decoction can effectively reduce the levels of FBG,2h BG and Hb Alc in type 2 diabetes patients with qi-Yin deficiency syndrome.At the same time,this treatment can also regulate the function of pancreatic islet and effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,which is moer safe and reliable,and can be appropriately promoted in clinical practice.
