| With the rapid development of China’s economy and society and the acceleration of the aging of the population,people’s demand for medical services is increasing,and it shows a diversified,hierarchical and differentiated development trend.As an important part of China’s medical and health service system,private hospitals relieve the pressure of disease treatment in public hospitals and provide a lot of convenience for people’s health care services.However,due to the lack of implementation of relevant talent support policies and financial subsidy policies,private hospitals are facing a series of management difficulties.How to maintain the sustainable and strong development of private hospitals on the premise of ensuring the service demand has become a key problem that operators and related scholars urgently need to study and solve.Objective:This study takes a GM private eye hospital in Henan province as a case study,based on the theory of enterprise diagnosis of the general process of hospital management of diagnosis,Then,based on resource-based theory,additional value theory and environmental adaptation theory,the diagnosis and analysis of the basic operation,economic benefit,satisfaction and operating environment of the hospital are carried out respectively.The comprehensive diagnosis results were summarized according to the results of each part of the diagnosis,and on the basis of the comprehensive diagnosis results,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the management of GM private eye hospital were put forward.It not only plays an important role in the development of GM private eye hospital,but also h as certain reference significance for other private hospitals.Methods:①Field survey method:Firstly,the interview outline,data collection form and questionnaire of key figures were designed according to the research purpose and research content;After that,the formal diagnosis survey was carried out.Through the field survey,the hospital president was interviewed one-on-one,and representatives of medical staff were interviewed.The relevant person in charge was asked to fill in the data collection form,and the satisfaction questionnaire was issued to the patients and medical staff.After that,the above survey data were sorted out,and comprehensive diagnosis and analysis were carried out according to the diagnostic content.②Production function method:Multiple linear regression equation was used to fit the Cobb-Douglas production function model,and the elasticity coefficient of production factors was derived.Solow growth rate equation was used to calculate the impact rate,contribution rate and absolute value impact of each production factor on the growth of hospital economic benefit.③Tool diagnosis method:PEST macro environment analysis tool and SWOT situation analysis tool are used to systematically analyze the macro environment,advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of GM private eye hospital.Results:Through the diagnosis and analysis of the basic operation,economic benefit,satisfaction and operating environment of GM private eye hospital,the following results are obtained:①The basic operation of GM private eye hospital from 2017 to 2020 is good,but there are problems such as small hospital scale,unreasonable staff allocation and unstable medical service quantity.②The increase of business income of GM private eye hospitals mostly depends on the investment of fixed assets,especially the replacement of medical equipment.The contribution rate of this part reaches 73.35%.The contribution rate of labor force and technological progress was 19.21%and 7.45%.③The survey of patient satisfaction showed that their satisfaction with the hospital treatment process was the highest,with a score of 4.42±0.606;The satisfaction of postoperative evaluation and follow-up,ward facilities and environment was low,with scores of 3.29±1.914 and 3.52±1.948,respectively.Inspection equipment configuration,preoperative examination and work efficiency of medical staff had significant positive effects on patient satisfaction.The satisfaction survey of medical staff showed that their job security,income level,further learning opportunities and promotion opportunities scored slightly lower,which was the general satisfaction level.There is a significant difference in job satisfaction of medical personnel because of different job categories and different working years in different units.Promotion opportunities,job security and workload have significant positive effects on job satisfaction.④In PEST analysis,the policy environment,economic environment,social environment and technical environment all have a positive effect on the development of GM private eye hospital at present,but the policy environment still exists the existing policy implementation is not in place.⑤In SWOT analysis,the advantages lie in rich historical precipitation,good service attitude,strong marketing awareness,flexible management mechanism and pleasant working atmosphere;The disadvantages are small scale and weak technology,unclear division of departments,insufficient medical services,imperfect talent echelon and imperfect reward mechanism;The external opportunity lies in the favorable social environment,the great development potential of the ophthalmic medical market and the market opportunity of GM hospital itself.Threats include a lack of adequate policy support and threats from public eye hospitals.Conclusions:Comprehensive analysis combined with the conditions of the parts in the diagnosis of the integrated diagnosis results of GM private eye hospital,hospital results and highlight is the advanced instruments and equipment for hospital development provides a good resource conditions,the high quality service to improve the patient’s perception,humanized management and harmonious working atmosphere to promote the medical staff satisfaction,At the same time,the hospital actively responds to national policies and actively adapts to social needs,which brings inexhaustible driving force for the development of the hospital,and puts forward corresponding improvement countermeasures from inside and outside the hospital according to the problems and deficiencies.Starting from the hospital,in view of the imperfect talent echelon,lack of personnel incentive and other problems,it is proposed that the hospital should further strengthen the construction of talent team,enhance personnel incentive;In view of the lack of technological innovation,competitiveness and other problems,it is proposed that we should strengthen technological innovation and enhance competitiveness.In view of the small scale and high financial risk,it is proposed to expand the operation scale of the hospital and strengthen the cooperation with peers.In view of the problems of medical treatment process,service attitude and working atmosphere of medical staff,effective measures are put forward to further improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients.From the external environment,the main problems are the lack of sufficient external policy support,the existing policy implementation is not in place,as well as the fierce competition from public eye hospitals and other problems.Accordingly,it is proposed that the government should increase the institutional guarantee for private hospitals,and realize the dislocation and coordinated development of public hospitals. |
