| Coil sprinkler is a commonly used irrigation equipment,which winds the traction PE pipe on the capstan,uses the pressure water of sprinkler irrigation to drive the water turbine to rotate,drives the capstan to rotate through the variable speed device,and pulls the sprinkler car to move and spray the irrigation machinery automatically.Fertilizing device is one of important parts,venturi fertilizer and proportional fertilizing pump are agricultural irrigation fertilization devices commonly used in our country,both have advantages and disadvantages.And after the completion of the work,if the water pump is not closed in time,it will cause flooding problem in the field.In order to solve this problem,the automatic stop system of the reel sprinkler is designed.Through simulation analysis,bench test,test verification and other methods,this paper studies the water and fertilizer mixing device and automatic shutdown system.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Solidworks2020 software was used to conduct three-dimensional modeling for Venturi fertilizer and proportional fertilizer pump,and ANSYS2019R2 finite element simulation analysis software was used to simulate the Venturi fertilizer and proportional fertilizer pump,and pressure cloud map,velocity cloud map and component cloud map were obtained.(2)A test bench was set up to compare the Venturi fertilizer and proportional fertilizer pump.By comparing the performance and mixing concentration of the two,it was found that under the same pressure and flow rate,the Venturi fertilizer could absorb more fertilizer,and the concentration of the fertilizer was higher and more uniform.The overall trend of the test results was consistent with the simulation results,indicating that it was feasible to select Venturi fertilizer as the mixing device of the coil sprinkler.(3)Based on the above determination of Venturi fertilizer applicator as a roller sprinkler fertilizer mixing device,the internal structure of Venturi fertilizer applicator is designed.The factors affecting the fertilizer absorption performance of Venturi fertilizer are shrinkage Angle,pipe diameter and expansion Angle respectively.The optimal range of each factor is determined by single factor test,among which: shrinkage Angle 25°~35°,pipe diameter 3mm~5mm and expansion Angle range 8°~12°.A three-factor and three-level orthogonal test was designed with this parameter range,and it was concluded from the analysis of the data that the hydraulic performance of Venturi fertilizer was the best with shrinkage Angle of 35°,pipe diameter of3 mm and expansion Angle of 8°.(4)An automatic stop system was designed to solve the flooding problem caused by not closing the pump in time after the completion of the reel sprinkler.In the actual work,the coil sprinkler is 250m~300m away from the water source,and the pipe length is about 280 m.The ultimate distance of the automatic shutdown system is 700 m,which can meet the needs of the actual work. |
