| Wheat and corn are important food crops,which play an important role in China’s food security.Irrigation is an important link to ensure the stable and high yield of wheat and corn.China is a country lacking of water resources.Flood irrigation,sprinkler irrigation and drip irrigation are the main forms of irrigation.Reel sprinkler is a commonly used machinery in irrigation.However,there are still many problems in the use of reel sprinkler,such as uneven irrigation,heavy spraying,leakage spraying,single function and so on.In this paper,according to the research status of the reel sprinkler,as well as the big problems in the actual use,the water fertilizer integrated reel sprinkler is developed,which solves the problems of large amount of spray in the middle and small amount of spray on both sides within the width of truss sprinkler,improves the uniformity of irrigation,solves the problem of single function,and realizes the function of water fertilizer integration.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Research on the current situation of the utilization of the reel sprinkler.Truss spray bar and spray gun are mainly used as the spray parts of the reel sprinkler.There are some problems in using spray gun,such as uneven irrigation,heavy spraying,leakage spraying,water mist easily drift and large water evaporation due to the influence of wind force;truss spray bar has no leakage spraying problem,but the spray amount of each spray nozzle is inconsistent due to the unscientific design of spray pipe diameter.The reel sprinkling irrigation machine can only be used for irrigation operation,and can not achieve other functions,resulting in the increase of machinery purchase cost.(2)The overall scheme of the water and fertilizer integrated reel sprinkler was determined.The nozzle of the reel sprinkler was improved and the water and fertilizer system suitable for the reel sprinkler was designed.(3)Design and selection of key components of the reel sprinkler.According to the theoretical distribution of the pressure along the porous pipeline,the main parameters affecting the pressure distribution are determined as the length diameter ratio of the nozzle,the section yield,the installation position of the nozzle and the Reynolds number of the nozzle flow.According to the influencing factors,the water supply system is designed,the flow of per mu is 36m~3,the travel speed of truss car is 10.31m/h,the control area of wheel irrigation cycle is 1100mu,and the total pressure loss of the system is 35.475m.According to the design of water supply system,250QJ50-120/6 water pump with a head of 120m and a flow of50m~3/h is selected,and LY-311B butterfly refracting nozzle is selected as the nozzle.According to the theory of the pressure along the porous pipeline,using the equal and zero pressure of each nozzle,the nozzle of several sizes commonly used in the market is calculated,and the nozzle with the inlet end of 50 mm,the end of 32 mm and the nozzle taper of 0.00174are obtained.Through the modal simulation of the designed spray bar,the resonance deformation of the spray bar will not occur and the spray bar can work safely.(4)Design and selection of the water and fertilizer system of the reel sprinkler.The water and fertilizer system pipeline is divided into main pipeline and branch pipeline,and the branch pipeline is mixed fertilizer pipeline.Through the comparison of intelligent fertilizer applicator,differential pressure fertilizer applicator,proportional fertilizer pump and Venturi fertilizer applicator,the operation characteristics of the reel sprinkler and the distribution form of the farm plot,it is found that the proportional fertilizer pump does not need electric power,the fertilization is uniform,the cost is low,the installation and operation are easy,the disassembly is convenient,the quality is light,and it is easy to move,which is more suitable for the scattered situation of the field plot,In addition,it is also suitable for combined use with mobile irrigation equipment,so the proportional fertilizer pump is selected as the core component of water and fertilizer mixing in the water and fertilizer system.F32YS mesh filter with 120 mesh is selected.The fertilizer bucket with bottom diameter of 1050mm,height of1250mm and volume of 1000L was selected.(5)In the experiment field,the consistency test of spray rate,fertilizer concentration of spray nozzle and the contrast test of irrigation uniformity of truss type and spray gun type reel sprinkler were carried out.It is found that under different pressures,the variation coefficient of spray rate of each nozzle along the direction of spray bar is less than 3.2%,and the consistency of spray rate is good.In the consistency test of fertilizer concentration of sprinkler,the variation coefficient of fertilizer concentration is 1.8%,which shows that the fertilizer concentration is basically stable and the effect of fertilizer mixing is good.In the contrast experiment between truss type and spray gun type,it is found that the highest and lowest uniformity is 98.4%and 98.0%for truss type and 80.4%and 78.5%for spray gun type.The uniformity of irrigation of truss type reel sprinkler is obviously better than that of spray gun type reel sprinkler. |
