Objective:To explore the clinical effects of electroacupuncture dialectical point selection for the treatment of pain after external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids, and to provide new clinical ideas for postoperative pain relief after external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids,so as to reduce the number of postoperative pain medications taken by patients.Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group. Both groups were intervened when the patients experienced pain within 8 hours after the operation. The acupoints selected were bilateral Hegu,Taichong,Zusanli and Waiguan. The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture at a frequency of 2 Hz,stimulation intensity of 1~2 m A(appropriate to be tolerated by the patient),and a continuous wave waveform for 20 minutes. The control group took placebo fake needles without piercing the skin, the electroacupuncture device was reset to zero, and the needle retention time was the same as the treatment group.Compare the pain intensity scores of patients at 0.5 h,1 h,2 h,3 h,and 4 h after electroacupuncture treatment;pain intensity scores after electroacupuncture treatment within 2 h after defecation;patients with oral diclofenac sodium sustained release within 12 h after electroacupuncture treatment Tablet dosage;postoperative patient’s first urination symptom score, wound edema score, sleep self-rating scale score, patient satisfaction score, and blinded evaluation.SPSS24.0 software was used to statistically analyze the obtained data to comprehensively evaluate the clinical effect of electroacupuncture on the pain after external dissection and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids. Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in terms of gender, age,BMI value, number of ligated hemorrhoids, number of surgical incisions, and operation time(P>0.05),and they were comparable. The scores of NRS and BRS in the first electroacupuncture treatment of the two groups were lower than those of the control group after 0.5 h,1 h,2 h,3 h,and 4 h(P<0.001);On the one hand, the pain scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group at 2 h and 3 h after electroacupuncture(P<0.05).In terms of NRS,BRS and limb mobility scores after the first defecation electroacupuncture treatment, the pain scores of the treatment group at 0.5 h and 1 h were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The dose of oral diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets in the treatment group within 12 hours after the first electroacupuncture treatment was(0.58±0.54)tablets lower than the(1.2±0.73)tablets of the control group(P<0.001).There was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group in the score of first urination symptoms(P>0.05);in the wound edema score, there was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05);In terms of sleep scale score, there was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05);in terms of patient satisfaction score, the patient satisfaction score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);On the one hand, there was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),and the blind method was successfully implemented. Conclusion:The use of electro-acupuncture to treat mixed hemorrhoids with external dissection and internal ligation through differentiation of symptoms and signs can relieve the pain symptoms of patients, reduce the dose of diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets taken by patients after surgery, and increase patient satisfaction.
