| Object: 1.Systematic review of the understanding and treatment of ulcerative colitis in Chinese and western medicine in order to analyze the possible mechanism of the Chai Shao Liu Jun Tang how to treat ulcerative colitis(liver depression and spleen deficiency).2.In order to provide a scientific basis for the study on the treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency ulcerative colitis,this paper provides a theoretical basis for further study of the mechanism.Clinical trials were conducted to observe the healing of the intestinal mucosa in the intestinal endoscope of liver depression and spleen deficiency ulcerative colitis,and the improvement situation of main symptoms(hemafecia 、 abdominal pain 、diarrhea).Besides,we observe the influence of emotion(anxiety,depression,pessimism,etc.)on patients.Method:This study follow the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine UC diagnosis standard and the improved Mayo scoring system type of syndrome was diagnosed with mild to moderate,60 patients confirmed to the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types of liver depression and spleen deficiency were included in.60 patients included in the standard of ulcerative colitis patients using SPSS21.0 in accordance with the principle of randomized,controlled according to random number table according to 1:1 proportion were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,course of treatment for 12 weeks.Treatment group used Chai Shao Liu Jun Tang,Chaihu 12 g,20g of white peony,20 g of baihhuasheshecao,6g of orange peel,12 g in pinellia,sanqi 9g,30 g of papyrus,20 g of poria cocos,20 g of cauliflower and 6g of liquorice.Once in a day,patients take it in hot water 450 ml half an hour before and after dinner.The Chinese medicine is provided by Pharmacy department of the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine.The course was 12 weeks.And The control group took the American salad with verbosity(Sunflower pharmaceutical group jiamushi luoling pharmaceutical co.LTD.)is given.Purchased from the western pharmacies of one affiliated hospital,each time 1g,three times a day,oral,the course of treatment is 12 weeks.(1)observation node(1)The main symptoms and accompanying symptoms were recorded in detail before and after treatment,4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment;(2)The changes of colonoscopy and c-reactive protein were monitored 12 weeks before and after treatment;And the Hamilton depression and anxiety scale was used to assess the change of mental state in patients before and after treatment.(2)According to the research purpose,the study design scheme and the nature of the observation data to choose.The main contents of the analysis include the analysis of the loss of the subjects,the homogeneity analysis of the baseline values,the effectiveness analysis and the safety analysis.(3)Safety evaluation: Based on security evaluation(Three routine checks,electrocardiogram,liver function,kidney function,hepatobiliary B).If abnormality occurs after treatment and treatment,it is necessary to review the patient’s original pathogenesis and treatment to determine whether it is related to the treatment.Results:(1)Baseline comparisonThe gender distribution in the two groups and the chi-square test(P= 0.796)were used in the Mayo class distribution,and P>0.05 showed that there was no significant difference in the gender distribution between the two groups,which was comparable.By t test,two groups of patient’s age,duration of time,main symptoms before treatment weight classification(hemifacial,abdominal pain,diarrhea)there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),no significant difference(P = 0.38 > 0.05),both groups were comparable.(2)Comparison of clinical symptoms before and after treatment(1)Comparison between groups,the rank and inspection,two groups of clinical symptoms after treatment of 4 weeks(stool,diarrhea,abdominal pain)no significant sex difference,thus indicating that esthetics of wood Que six jun soup and salad qin in the short term can alleviate the symptoms,but they are not have statistical significance.The improvement of symptoms in 8 weeks and 12 weeks was statistically significant,indicating that it was more obvious to improve the clinical symptoms.(2)Comparison colonoscopyBy the rank and inspection,two groups of patients before and after 12 weeks of treatment of colonoscopy,the quality of ulcer healing is statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting wood groups of patients before treatment,no statistical significance,c-reactive protein was comparable,after treatment for 12 weeks,two groups of c-reactive protein in patients with decreased significantly,and the treatment group is better than the control group.Anxiety and depression.By Rank and inspection test,HAMA and HAMD scores before and after treatment in both groups have significant difference,that wood Que six gentleman decoction can obviously improve the patient’s anxiety depression,and the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05).(5)Safety evaluationThe treatment group showed no adverse reactions during the treatment,and two patients in the control group showed nausea of gastrointestinal symptoms,and no serious complications occurred.Conclusion:Chai Shao Liu Jun Tang can relieve patients with ulcerative colitis appear the symptom such as belching,abdominal pain,diarrhea,bloody,by improving the state of the patient’s life to further reduce the patient’s mental state.Two groups of patients with primary symptom curative effect is compared by chi-square test,two groups of patients with their intervention in 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks of bloody three-time points and diarrhea curative effect comparison,in 12 weeks after intervention both efficacy compared with statistical significance(P < 0.05),can be seen from the results,with the increase of time,the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.Comparing the efficacy of abdominal pain in the two groups,the comparison of the three-time points showed significant difference between the two groups,indicating that the treatment group had better efficacy than the control group.Advantages of TCM characteristic disease,and Chinese medicine has definite clinical therapeutic effect on ulcerative colitis of liver and spleen deficiency.Besides,CRP is considered when acute phase reaction protein,two groups of patients after treatment of c-reactive protein were significantly decreased,the t test,and the treatment group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05),can prompt wood Que six Jun soup can obviously alleviate the inflammation of the intestinal mucosa.By the rank and inspection,two groups of patients before and after 12 weeks of treatment of colonoscopy under quality of ulcer healing statistically significant.suggesting that Chai Shao Liu Jun decoction can obviously improve local mucosal inflammation,ulcer caused by UC patients.With the advance of research,increasing Somatopsychic influences on the people,psychological stress also proportionally increase the incidence of UC,outcome and disease recurrence after link,the role of more and more get the attention of the researchers.By the rank and inspection,two groups of patients before and after 12 weeks of treatment of HAMA score,HAMD score is statistically significant,so we can be concluded from the results,recurrent ulcerative colitis that has course of lingering and seriously affects the daily life is the important reason for the patients causes anxiety depression,therefore traditional Chinese medicine therapy treatment can give full play to the body’s own regulation ability through the whole syndrome differentiation.The neuroendocrine system can be adjusted to relieve the inflammation of the local lesion of the large intestine,and the anxiety of the patients can also be relieved.Therefore,Chai Shao Liu Jun Tang can improve the local ulcer of patients with ulcerative colitis and inflammation,relieve patient’s hematochezia,abdominal pain,diarrhea,especially can improve patients with diarrhea,and can improve the patient’s anxiety depression.So,we use it to treat the type of clinical treatment of ulcerative
