Application Of MDT In The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Patients With Moderate To Severe Menopausal Syndrome

Objective To explore the significance of multidisciplinary joint diagnosis and treatment of patients with moderate and severe menopausal syndrome.Methods Collect from March 2021 to March 2022 Ningxia medical university general hospital gynecology outpatient Kupperman score for moderate and severe menopausal syndrome patients,a total of 132 cases,according to the patients are divided into study group(MDT group)and control group(hormone supplement group),66 cases of MDT group,66 cases of hormone supplement treatment group.Patients in the study group received MDT therapy and the control group received hormone supplementation.Relevant scales were scored after 1 month,March month and 6 months of treatment,their endometrium and mammary gland were monitored by B ultrasound,and various study indicators were reviewed and analyzed,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results 1.Hormone supplement therapy and MDT comprehensive therapy can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with menopause syndrome,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);2.MDT comprehensive treatment for menopause syndrome treatment effect is more significant,and the scale scores decreased more significantly,especially in anxiety and depression,the effect is more obvious.After 6 months of treatment,KI total score decreased by 30.68 points from before treatment(24.58 points in control group),The total score of the SAS scale decreased by 25.70 points from before the treatment(13.37 points in the control group),The total score of the SDS scale decreased by 29.47 points compared with that before the treatment(13.33 points in the control group),Compared with the control group,The differences were all statistically significant(P <0.05);The proportion of patients with severe menopausal syndrome will increase from 69.7% before treatment to 0,Moderate level decreased from 30.3% before treatment to 0,All the patients were normal after the treatment;The proportion of patients with severe anxiety will increase from 3% to 0,Moderate from 84.8% to 0,All the patients were normal after the treatment;The proportion of patients with moderate depression decreased from 51.5% before treatment to 0,Mild decreased from 48.5% to 0,All the patients were normal after the treatment;Compared with the control group,The differences were all statistically significant(P <0.05);The response rate of the study group was 100%(66 / 66)(22%,Significant effect 77.3%),95.5%(63 / 66),80.3%(53 / 66),The response rate of the control group was 100%(66 / 66)respectively(77%,Effective 25.8%),7.6%(5 / 66),3%(2 / 66),The difference between the two groups was significant(P <0.05).Conclusion 1.MDT comprehensive therapy and hormone supplement therapy can significantly relieve menopausal symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients,especially for moderate and severe menopause syndrome,MDT effect is better;2.MDT comprehensive therapy improves women’s understanding of menopausal syndrome and hormone therapy,improve the treatment rate and treatment compliance;3.Compared with hormone supplements,the MDT combination is better at relieving symptoms such as anxiety and depression.
