Objective:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy,quality of life and related cytokines,such as transforming growth factor(TGF-β1)、 Tumor Necrosis Factor-α(TNF-α)in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)、 transforming growth factor β 1 And serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),CD3 +,NK.Objective to analyze whether the compound can improve the side effects of iodine 125 seed implantation and increase the killing effect of iodine 125 seed on tumor.Through network pharmacological analysis,the possible mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer was preliminarily explored.method:Methods: a total of 72 patients with advanced NSCLC admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to August 2020 were selected.A double-blind,single center clinical study was designed.The control group(n = 36)was treated with iodine-125 seed implantation,while the experimental group(n = 36)was treated with Qingre Jiedu Yiqi Jianpi compound combined with iodine-125 seed implantation.Fasting venous blood samples were collected before treatment,2 m,4 m and 6 m after treatment to detect the levels of immune cells(NK cells,CD3 +)and serum markers(CEA,cyfra-21-1,TGF-β、VEGF、TNF-α)Level;The curative effects of the lesions before and 6 months after treatment were compared.Through the use of network pharmacology,the core effective components of Qingre Jiedu Yiqi Jianpi compound were extracted to explore the target and pathway of the compound in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.result:After 6 months of treatment,the experimental group was better than the control group.The experimental group got more SD evaluation than the control group.The number of patients with chest pain in the experimental group was less than that in the control group.The KPS score of quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The serum levels of CEA,cyfra-21-1 and TGF-β in the two groups were compared-β 1.VEGF and TNF-α After treatment,the levels of CEA,cyfra-21-1 and VEGF in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.After 2,4 and 6 months of treatment,the recovery of NK cells and CD3 + levels in the experimental group were better than those in the control group.Through the analysis of network pharmacology,the three effective components of the above compound were obtained,which were quercetin,quercetin,quercetin,quercetin,quercetin,quercetin,quercetin,quercetin,quercetin,quercetin,quercetin,quercetin,quercetin,quercetin,quercetin,quercet β-Sitosterol,ursolic acid,and the three core targets of these active components: ESR1,AKT1,EGFR.And 10 signal pathways with the highest enrichment degree of Qingre Jiedu Yiqi Jianpi compound were obtained,such as TNF signal pathway,VEGF signal pathway,EGFR inhibitor of L-arginine kinase resistance and so on.Conclusion:Compared with the control group,the experimental group can be more effective combined with iodine 125 seed implantation in the treatment of solid tumors of NSCLC patients,can alleviate the symptoms of chest pain after iodine 125 seed implantation,can improve the immunosuppression of patients after iodine 125 seed implantation,and can improve the quality of life of patients.Through network pharmacological analysis,three active components and three action targets of Qingre Jiedu Yiqi Jianpi compound were obtained,and 10 signal pathways enriched by Qingre Jiedu Yiqi Jianpi compound were obtained.
