A Clinical Study On Hip Bath Of Kushen Recipe In The Treatment Of Pruritus Ani

Purpose:Observe the clinical effect of bitter soup fumigation to wash the bath to anal itching disease,and to study the reliability and validity of the scoring scale in describing symptoms related to anal pruritus.Method:A total of 40 patients with anal pruritus diagnosed in the outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of the Second Clinical Medical College of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese medicine(Guangdong Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine)from December 2021 to February 2022 were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with cerebral Kushen recipe hip bath once in the morning and evening,and the control group was treated with warm water hip bath once in the morning and evening combined with zinc oxide oil,The two grouping methods were treated once every 2 weeks.After the treatment process,the data were collected after the quantitative evaluation of the skin pruritus symptom score table,and the statistical software spss26 0 for detailed analysis.Observe and compare the effect of clinical treatment,analyze and test the internal reliability and validity of the two scales used to evaluate the symptoms of skin pruritus,analyze the statistical data,draw a conclusion,and explore the available scales that can accurately evaluate the symptoms of anal pruritus.Result:After the treatment,the degree of pruritus symptoms and the impact of the disease on the quality of life of the patients in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the decrease in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The scores of DLQI and SCORAD in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that both groups had significant therapeutic effects.At the same time,in terms of treatment efficiency,the treatment effective rate of the treatment group is 100% and that of the control group is 85%.When using the relevant scoring scale,it can be clearly observed that the score index of the treatment group is significantly lower than that of the control group.Considering that the treatment effect of the treatment group is superior to that of the control group.At the same time,the reliability and validity of the internal consistency of the two rating scales were analyzed,and the SCORAD rating scale Cronbach’s was statistically analyzed α Coefficient value is 0.764,DLQI scoring table Cronbach’s α The coefficient value is 0.88,indicating that the two selected scoring tables perform well in terms of internal consistency.At the same time,the factor analysis method was used for the two scoring scales.Except for individual items,the variance was > 0.4,and the overall structural validity was good.It can be made clear that the DLQI score and SCORAD score have good internal consistency reliability in describing the symptoms of anal pruritus as a whole,but some of them are not satisfactory in terms of validity.Conclusion:Kushen Decoction fumigation and hip bath have obvious curative effect on the treatment of anal pruritus,and they are easy to use and have no adverse side effects.They can be popularized and applied in clinical treatment.At the same time,the severity of anal pruritus can be basically evaluated by DLQI score and SCORAD score.
