Clinical Study On The Effect Of Fumigation And Bath Of Chushiquduzhiyang Decoction On Anal Pruritus After Anorectal Surgery

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of fumigation and bath of chushiquduzhiyang decoction on anal pruritus after anorectal surgery.Method:The source of this topic is about the group of 60 cases of anal pruritus after anorectal surgery on damp-heat block types from the north sichuan medical college hospital in October 2019 to March 2020.by using randomized into treatment group and control group,30 cases of treatment group was given fumigation and bath of chushiquduzhiyang decoction,the control group was given mometasone furoate cream,every morning after the first bowel movement and before going to bed each time,the two groups were treated for seven days,observe and record the degree of two groups of patients before and after the treatment of anal itching,itching itchy duration,interval time,anus periderm skin changes,the data obtained using SPSS25.0 for statistical software and test analysis.Results:The total effective rate was 93%in the treatment group and 83%in the control group,and the curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The changes of pruritus degree and perianal skin in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the duration and interval of pruritus between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chushiquduzhiyang decoction has a definite effect on anal pruritus after anorectal surgery,which can significantly relieve the symptoms of patients and improve their quality of life.It is an effective prescription for the treatment of anal pruritus after anorectal surgery,and is worthy of clinical application.
