Research On Doctor-patient Relationship From The Perspective Of Social Interaction

As one of the basic rights of citizens,the right to life and health is the pursuit of promoting the all-round development of human beings.Health care concerns the health of millions of people and is a major livelihood issue at home.The relationship between doctors and patients in each stage of social development shows the characteristics of the times are different.In recent years,more and more obvious contradictions have been exposed in the field of medical care,and the doctor-patient relationship has become increasingly tense,resulting in a series of doctor-patient disputes and even violent medical incidents.How to ease the tension of doctor-patient relationship,protect the rights and interests of both doctors and patients,maintain the normal order of medical service and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship has become a social problem that needs our active exploration.Based on the research on doctor-patient relationship both at home and abroad,the author applied the theory of social interaction to analyze the doctor-patient relationship in s hospital in Guangyuan.At present,s hospital has established relevant mechanisms to resolve the doctor-patient conflict,including: the establishment of a doctor-patient relationship office,the exchange of information between departments,timely investigation of relevant doctor-patient disputes,based on the findings of the survey to guide patients to solve the problem.However,due to the short establishment time of the office of doctor-patient relationship,the related regulations can not be effectively implemented.Through the research,it is found that the contradiction between doctors and patients in s hospital is mainly manifested in three aspects,namely,the right between doctors and patients,interests and cognitive contradictions.If the doctor-patient conflict can not be effectively resolved,it will lead to an increase in the number of doctor-patient disputes and even rise to the level of violence against doctors.At the same time,patients’ trust in doctors will continue to decline,the psychological pressure that the medical side bears also increases unceasingly and so on,the doctor-patient relation turns tensely gradually.The reasons include the improper behavior of both doctors and patients,which not only leads to no expected result,but also impairs the rights and interests of both doctors and patients,and the barriers between doctors and patients and the outside world,it leads to the deviation of the original purpose of the interaction model between doctors and patients,and the deviation of the interaction model between doctors and patients leads to the failure of the expected results in the process of the interaction between doctors and patients.Based on the theory of social interaction,this paper analyzes the reasons one by one,and puts forward the ideas of constructing harmonious doctor-patient relationship from four aspects: patients,doctors,government and media.This paper proposes to construct an equal and participatory interactive model,by establishing an equal and unimpeded doctor-patient communication mechanism,the doctor-patient participation in the whole process of medical treatment,clear the rights and obligations of both doctors and patients,to promote transparency of information in medical and health services,improve the technical level and quality of medical personnel,open up channels for patients to defend their rights,standardize patients’ rights-defending behaviors,severely punish those responsible for medical disputes,and establish a fair and orderly external environment,to alleviate the conflicts between doctors and patients,we should strengthen the relevant functions of the government,improve the medical security system,strengthen the investment in health services,clarify the social responsibilities of the media,and adhere to the guidance of positive public opinion,to provide ideas for building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
