A good doctor-patient relationship is the necessary foundation for the smooth development of medical activities, and a harmonious doctor-patient relationship can also create a good medical environment. In recent years, more and more doctor-patient relationships have become the focus of everyone's attention, and a large number of violent medical injuries have also caused people's attention.A large number of studies have confirmed that patients' negative emotions are often the main cause of the deterioration of the doctor-patient relationship, and even induce doctor-patient conflict. In the medical process, due to the different doctor-patient interaction modes, patients experience great differences in power, and these differences may have a certain impact on patients' emotional recognition and emotional experience. Therefore, from the perspective of sense of power, this study intends to explore the effect of patient's sense of power on patient's emotions in the doctor-patient interaction mode by using behavior and EEG(event-related potentials)technology. Finally, the research hopes to improve the negative emotions of patients during medical treatment by regulating the emotions,so as to avoid doctor-patient conflicts.Study 1 used implicit association tests to verify that the psychological construct of "doctor-patient power" really exists. At the same time, participants were measured for their level of implicit power in different doctor-patient interaction modes: in the activepassive and guided-cooperation doctor-patient interaction mode, patients considered themselves to have a low sense of power;the co-participation mode was the opposite. In Study 2,the doctor-patient power vocabulary was used as the starting material, and the fuzzy face recognition paradigm confirmed the different emotional experiences of patients under different doctor-patient interaction modes.Specifically, subjects under active and passive conditions are more inclined to experience negative emotions. In order to better understand the internal mechanism of the patient's self-emotional experience, the ERPs experiment was subsequently designed. The results show that the patient's self-emotional experience is different under different doctor-patient interaction modes.Patients under the co-participation type can experience more positive emotions and less negative emotions.Active and passive subjects are likely to experience negative emotions.Study 3 also used doctor-patient power words as a starting material. The GO / NOGO experimental paradigm was used to verify that patients have different emotion recognition levels under two different doctor-patient interaction modes: active and passive participants recognize other people's emotions rather than participate together.Patients under active and passive conditions are more susceptible to emotional information, are more inclined to process emotional information, and are more sensitive and accurate about emotional processing. At the same time, the active and passive participants had stronger top-down suppression of emotional information and the suppression of positive emotion was more obvious.Study 4 relies on the same experimental design as Study 2,taking the active and passive interaction mode as an example, and found that promoting emotional expression can effectively suppress the participants' negative emotional experience, thereby improving the patient's emotions and achieving the purpose of shaping a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. In summary, this study confirms that there is indeed a sense of doctor-patient power in the doctor-patient interaction model, and that when patients are under different senses of doctor-patient power, emotional self-experience and expression levels will be different. At the same time, promoting emotional expression can be used as a means of emotional regulation to improve the patient's negative emotions, thereby shaping a good doctor-patient relationship.
