Chongtu Lifting Decoction Treats Hepatogastric Depression Bile Reflux Gastritis Clinical Efficacy Observation

Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Chongtu Lifting Decoction in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis with hepatogastric depression,and to provide new ideas and effective and safe treatment options for the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Methods: From November 2021 to November 2022,64 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected to visit the Spleen and Gastroenterology Clinic of Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and were randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases.The control group was given domperidone 10mg/time,3 times/day,and aluminum magnesium carbonate chewable tablets 1g/time,3 times/day orally;The treatment group was given oral treatment with no-frying granules Chongtu Lifting Soup.The duration of treatment was 8 weeks.The two groups of patients underwent a gastroscopy and gastric mucosal pathological test before and after treatment,and recorded in detail the TCM clinical symptom scores,gastroscopy scores and serum gastrin(GAS)levels of the two groups before and after treatment,and recorded the adverse reaction rates and other indicators in the clinical observation process of the two groups.After the observation,SPSS Statistics 25.0statistical software was used to analyze and process the data one by one,compare the differences in the treatment results of the two groups,and then comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chongtu Lifting decoction in the treatment of hepatogastric fever-type bile reflux gastritis.Results:(1)The total scores after treatment between the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly compared with the pretreatment group(P<0.01),and the difference between the treatment groups was significant(P<0.01).(2)After treatment,there were significant differences(P<0.01)in five symptoms(P<0.05),including burning stomach,swelling and stuffiness in both flanks,pain in both flanks,bitter mouth,and dry stool.In the two symptoms of dry mouth(P<0.01),the difference between the groups was significant,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in the above seven symptoms;there was no significant difference between the groups in the above seven symptoms(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of the treatment group and the control group was comparable in the one symptom of acid reflux.(3)Effective rate: 93.55% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Effective rate: 83.87% in the treatment group and 56.67% in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01)and between the treatment groups(P<0.01).(6)The treatment group was 0% and the control group was 13.33%,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Chongtu Lifting Decoction for the treatment of bile reflux gastritis and patients with hepatogastric depression has certain advantages in improving clinical symptoms,repairing gastric mucosa,reducing gastrin and adverse reactions,and is safe and effective,providing a more sound treatment plan for clinical treatment and suitable for clinical promotion.
