Medical staff are the direct providers of medical services,and their job satisfaction directly affects the quality of medical services and the health of patients,and is more related to the social harmony and stability.In recent years,with the in-depth advancement of the national medical reform policy,the satisfaction evaluation of tertiary public hospitals has changed from the evaluation of patient satisfaction to the evaluation of the satisfaction of both patients and medical staff.Affected by the establishment quota,the tertiary public hospitals have a large number of non-staff medical staff.Compared with the medical staff in the establishment,the non-staffed medical staff are usually recruited by hospitals independently.There are differences in salary,welfare,job appointment and promotion,and their employment and career selection are relatively flexible,and the resignation restrictions are less.Once non-staff medical staff dissatisfied with their jobs,they are likely to have the idea of leaving the job.Generally,the turnover rate is higher than that of the medical staff in the establishment.As a member of the public hospitals,Tertiary hospital S also has a large number of non-staff medical staff,in the form of employment contract system.The purpose of this paper is to understand the current situation and dissatisfaction of the contract medical staff through the investigation of the job satisfaction of the contract medical staff in S hospital,analyze the existing problems,and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the job satisfaction of the contract medical staff in view of these problems,so as to alleviate the dissatisfaction of contract medical staff,stabilize the talent team and promote the development of the hospital.At the same time,we hope to provide some reference for the management of contract personnel in similar hospitals.First,we conducted an interview with the contract medical staff in S hospital,based on this,we conducted a questionnaire survey on the job satisfaction.Then,with the help of SPSS26.0 software,we conducted descriptive statistics,difference test and correlation analysis on the survey data.Analyzed the problems existing in 4 projects with low job satisfaction evaluation.Then,from the aspects of work return,organization management,work itself,environmental conditions and so on,put forward the strategy to improve the job satisfaction of contract medical staff.Finally,in order to make these strategies can be implemented smoothly,this paper puts forward safeguard measures from the aspects of system,organizational leadership,departmental cooperation,funds,hospital culture. |
