| Objective:The purpose of this study is to find out the shortcomings of the HIS system by aligning the current situation and user satisfaction survey of the HIS system in a top three hospital in Qihar City,and provide relevant suggestions for improving the hospital HIS system,thereby improving user satisfaction and promoting the efficiency of the hospital.The improvement is expected to provide a reference for further improving the hospital’s informationization level.Method:By using the literature survey method,the relevant literature of HIS system in hospital was extensively reviewed,which provided theoretical reference for this study;Through the interview method to further understand the staff’s use of the hospital information system and the possible problems;By means of questionnaire survey,the staffs of a third grade class A hospital in Qiqihar city as the research object were taken as the research object,convenient sampling and network questionnaire was adopted.On the one hand,the questionnaire is carried out in the form of network questionnaire.On the premise of obtaining the support of the management,the department head issues the link of the questionnaire to the contact groups of each department and urges them to fill in the questionnaire.Finally,the electronic version of the questionnaire is collected.On the other hand,it is carried out in the form of paper questionnaire.In the process of helping these departments to carry out computer maintenance or system maintenance,researchers investigate the staff in the hospital who have not filled in the online questionnaire.In this survey,a total of 627 online questionnaires were received,and 348 effective questionnaires were obtained after systematic screening and manual comparison,with an effective rate of 55.5%.150 paper questionnaires were issued,132 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 88.0%.The online questionnaire was converted into EXCEL format and summarized with the paperquestionnaire.Invalid questionnaires were removed and the final database was formed.SPSS24.0 software was used for statistical analysis and collation of data.Descriptive statistics were used for the general data of the survey subjects,independent sample t test or ANOVA were conducted for the use satisfaction of hospital employees of different ages,genders,professional titles,educational backgrounds and working ages,etc.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the factors influencing employee satisfaction with use,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.In the 480 valid questionnaires,the overall score of HIS system satisfaction was(21.41±1.12),and the five dimensions of HIS system satisfaction were: accuracy score(4.30±0.40),applicability score(4.28±0.41),timeliness score(4.31±0.40),data security score(4.22±0.42),and interface friendliness score(4.30±0.42).2.Through independent sample t test or one-way anova analysis,it can be seen that employees of different ages have statistically significant differences in HIS system satisfaction and scores of all dimensions(F=13.765,2.745,3.389,4.403,4.905,5.081,P<0.05).Among them,employees over 41 years old have the highest scores of HIS system satisfaction.The difference in timeliness between employees of different genders was statistically significant(t=2.127,P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of HIS system data security dimensions among employees with different degrees of education(F=2.329,0.476,1.628,1.158,2.771,0.175,P<0.05),among which the lowest scores of HIS system satisfaction were obtained by college degree and below.There were statistically significant differences in the total score of HIS system satisfaction and the scores of the two dimensions between employees in different positions(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the total score of HIS system satisfaction of employees with different professional titles and the scores of the two dimensions(P<0.05),among which the employees with primary professional titles had the highest score of HIS system satisfaction(4.20±0.26).There were statistically significant differences in the total score of HIS system satisfaction and the scores of the two dimensions between employees with different characteristics(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the total score of HIS system satisfaction and the scores of the two dimensions between employees with different average daily usehours(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of HIS system satisfaction and its two dimensions between employees in different time periods(P<0.05),among which,the employee satisfaction in time periods of[8:00,11:00] was the lowest.Employees with different degrees of familiarity showed statistically significant differences in HIS system satisfaction and its two dimensions(P<0.05).3.Through multiple linear regression analysis,it can be found that the position,professional title,the highest frequency of use and the familiarity with Windows system are the influencing factors of HIS system satisfaction.Conclusion:1.The average score of overall satisfaction of the hospital in qiqihar city was(3.79±0.82).Satisfaction was higher in the five dimensions of accuracy,applicability,timeliness,data security and interface friendliness,among which timeliness score was the highest and data security score was the lowest.There was still room for further improvement.2.According to the analysis,the employee’s post,title,the highest frequency of use and familiarity with Windows system are the influencing factors for HIS system satisfaction.3.To understand the hospital staff satisfaction for HIS system,the hospital staff in the use of the problems in the HIS system put forward effective solutions,performance improvement will help HIS hospital information system and improve the efficiency of hospital management,timely for management personnel know hospital operation,make a scientific decision to provide accurate data information. |
