Observation On Clinical Effect Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Knee Osteoarthritis Treated By Self-drafted Yishenxibi Decoction Combined With The Sodium Hyaluronate

Objective: In this project,by observing the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs in the treatment of patients with liver and kidney deficiency knee osteoarthritis combined with sodium hyaluronate,this project objectively evaluates the efficacy and safety of self-drafted Yishenxibi Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency knee osteoarthritis,and judges whether the combination can be popularized.Methods: The research subjects collected this time were knee osteoarthritis patients who visited the outpatient department of the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to January 2023,and the symptom type was liver and kidney deficiency type,screened according to diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and finally a total of 60 patients were included in the study,and 60 patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.All patients in the control group were treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,and all patients in the observation group were treated with oral self-drafted Yishenxibi Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and the TCM symptom efficacy score,WOMAC score,synovial thickness change and VAS score of the two groups were observed and recorded before treatment and 5 weeks of treatment,and adverse events were observed.The recorded observation indicator data is statistically analyzed and conclusions are drawn.Results: A total of 60 patients were collected,and none of the 2 groups were excluded.(1)There were no significant differences in gender,age,Kellgren grade,knee location,course of disease and VAS score before treatment,scores of TCM symptoms,scores of WOMAC osteoarthritis,and synovial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05);(2)After treatment,the pain score,activity score and total score in the VAS score,TCM syndrome total score,knee synovial thickness and WOMAC osteoarthritis score of the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)After treatment,the observation group had better improvements in the VAS score,knee synovial thickness and waist and knee soreness score,fatigue score,total score and WOMAC osteoarthritis score in the pain score,activity score and total score in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(4)After treatment,the control group did not improve significantly in the waist and knee soreness score and fatigue score in the TCM syndrome.There was no significant difference(P>0.05);(5)After treatment,the two groups did not have significant improvement in the stiffness score in the WOMAC osteoarthritis score compared with before treatment,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: The application of self-drafted Yishenxibi Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency knee osteoarthritis has the characteristics of good effect,safety and reliability,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and delay the progression of the disease,which is worthy of further clinical exploration and application.
