Clinical Observation Of PRP Combined With Zuogui Pill On Knee Osteoarthritis With Liver And Kidney Deficiency

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Platelet-rich Plasma(PRP)with Zuogui Pill in the treatment of Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)with liver and kidney deficiency,to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of KOA with PRP combined with Zuogui Pill with liver and kidney deficiency,and to provide new directions and ideas for the clinical treatment of KOA.Method:KOA patients with liver and kidney deficiency were collected from January 2022 to August 2022 from the Third Department of Orthopedics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Sixty KOA patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The treatment group was treated with PRP combined with Zuogui pill,while the control group was treated with SH combined with Zuogui pill.The basic data(age,sex,course of disease,BMI,K-L grade)and VAS,WOMAC and JOA scores of patients before treatment and 1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment were collected.The data were analyzed by SPSS26.0 statistical software,and then the conclusion was drawn.Results:1.VAS score comparison: There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the treatment group and the control group before treatment and 1 and 3 months after treatment(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference between the two groups 6 months after treatment(P<0.05),and PRP combined with Zuogui pill was significantly lower than SH combined with Zuogui pill.2.WOMAC score comparison: There was no significant difference in WOMAC scores between the treatment group and the control group before treatment,1 and 3 months after treatment(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference between the two groups 6 months after treatment(P<0.05),and PRP combined with Zuogui pill was significantly lower than SH combined with Zuogui pill.3.JOA score comparison: There was no significant difference in JOA scores between the treatment group and the control group before treatment and 1 month after treatment(P>0.05).,but there was a significant difference between the two groups at 3 and 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).and PRP combined with Zuogui pill was significantly higher than SH combined with Zuogui pill.4.Total effective rate comparison: After treatment,the total effective rate of the SH combined with Zuogui Pill group was 64.52%,while the total effective rate of the PRP combined with Zuogui Pill group was 90.00%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.PRP combined with Zuogui Pill and SH combined with Zuogui Pill can achieve better therapeutic effect on KOA with liver and kidney deficiency,which can effectively relieve joint pain and restore joint function;2.PRP combined with Zuogui Pill is superior to SH combined with Zuogui Pill in the long-term effect of treating KOA with liver and kidney deficiency.
