Professor Liao Zhifeng’s Differentiation Of Medication Rules For Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Based On Data Mining

Objective: Through the use of data mining technology to dig the medical prescription data of Professor Liao Zhifeng’s supervisor,Professor Liao Zhifeng’s clinical differentiation and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,and to explore the law of Professor Liao Zhifeng’s clinical medication for the differentiation and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,in order to provide some reference experience for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Method: Based on the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform and Microsoft Excel 2021,the medical records data of CAG patients treated in Professor Liao Zhifeng’s outpatient department of Gansu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to May 2022 will be standardized and processed to establish a medical records database.Through statistical analysis,cluster analysis,community analysis,association analysis,and complex network analysis,a series of visual data of gender and age distribution,symptom distribution,high-frequency Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine flavor transformation,and core drug equivalence were obtained,and Professor Liao Zhifeng’s clinical differentiation and treatment of common Chinese medicine for CAG were explored.Results: In this study,112 cases of CAG treated by Professor Liao Zhifeng were screened and collected,with a total of 269 visits.The clinical symptoms of the included cases were mainly epigastric discomfort,and the statistical results of tongue,pulse and syndrome types could be divided into deficiency and deficiency.Deficiency was mainly caused by evil qi,deficiency was mainly caused by spleen and stomach deficiency,and the main pathological factors were mainly caused by dampness,cold,heat,blood stasis,phlegm and qi stagnation.38 prescriptions were counted,among which 17 were used 5 times or more,among which the core prescriptions were Wubei SAN,Hopuxiaming Decoction,Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Danshen Decoction,Banxia Houpu Decoction,Liangfu Wan and Baihe decoction.An average of 13.5 flavors per prescription.112 TCM flavors were obtained,among which 35 were used more than 30 times.The core traditional Chinese medicine and its commonly used doses were processed licorice(5～6g),ginger pinellia(10g),Semen raphani(20～30g),Poria coia(20～30g),Magnolia officinalis(10g),Cuttlebone(15～30g),Thunbertium fritillaria(15～20g),stir-fried white Rhizoma atractylodes with bran(15～20g),sand kernel(5～6g),salvia miltiorrhiza(15～20g),Tangerine peel(10～15g),Codonopsis codonopsis(15～20g),Perilla stem(15～20g),Coptis aurantii(5～6g),Fructus aurantii with bran(10～15g),bamboo Shaurus aurantii(5～10g),patchouli(10～15g),sandalwood(5～6g).The four qi of TCM are mainly warm and flat.The five tastes are mainly sweet,bitter and sweet.The top 6 drugs were spleen,lung,stomach,heart,kidney and liver.The use of traditional Chinese medicine is classified according to the efficacy,the use of traditional Chinese medicine according to the efficacy of the classification,the top 5 are reducing nausea,Qi and repulse,tonifying the spleen and stomach,warming the phlegm,reducing qi and phlegm.Based on cluster analysis,association rules analysis and statistical mining,the commonly used drug groups were cuttlebone and fritillaria thunberg.Semen raphani;Tangerine peel,Pogostemon,Magnolia officinalis,Perilla stem,poria,ginger pinellia,scorched licorice,Trichosanthes,bamboo Shavers,Fructus aurantii,bran stir-fried white art,bran stir-fried Fructus aurantii,sand kernel,Danshen,sandalwood,codonopsis,stir-fried white peony,Bupleurum,Coptis chinensis,scutellaria.The commonly used pair were magnolia officinalis-ginger pinellia,poria cocos-ginger pinellia,poria cocos,prepared licorice-ginger pinellia,cuttlebone-ginger pinellia,Raphani seed-ginger pinellia,Raphani seed-prepared licorice,etc.Conclusion:In this study,the data mining technology was used to dig the medical prescription data of Professor Liao Zhifeng,his supervisor,for differentiation and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,and a series of visual data were obtained.The core prescriptions of Professor Liao Zhifeng in differentiation and treatment of CAG were Wubei SAN,Hopuxialing Decoction,Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Danshen decoction,Banxia Houpu Decoction,Liangfu Wan and Baihe Decoction.The efficacy of the prescription is mainly to strengthen the stomach,neutralize the dampness,dissipate the middle coke qi machine,and regulate the qi and blood,which also reflects that Professor Liao Zhifeng paid attention to regulating the qi machine,removing the standard and stabilizing the body,and the high frequency of medication before and after treatment also reflects that strengthening the stomach and the middle and draining the middle coke qi machine and regulating the qi and blood are the core throughout the treatment.The prescription drug flavor,core drug and dosage reflected the simplification of Professor Liao Zhifeng’s drug use.The drug properties were mainly warm and calm,among which drugs entering the spleen channel,lung channel,stomach channel,heart channel,kidney channel and liver channel were multi-purpose drugs.This indicated that Professor Liao Zhifeng gave more consideration to the treatment of other viscera on the basis of the treatment of spleen and stomach two viscera,and paid more attention to the protection of the qi in the middle coke.Therefore,the effect is very good.
