Clinical Study On Ziyin Huoxue Recipe Combined With Entecavir In Treating Hepatitis B Fibrosis Of Liver Kidney Yin Deficiency Type

Objective: The clinical efficacy and the presence of adverse effects of Ziyin Huoxue recipe were evaluated by comparing the relevant indexes and symptom scores of patients with hepatitis B fibrosis treated with Ziyin Huoxue recipe in combination with entecavir and entecavir alone.Methods: the subjects were 72 patients with hepatitis B fibrosis(liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient or inpatient department of the Department of Gastroenterology in Tianshui First people’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022.They were randomized into different control and treatment groups.The test group was given antitoxic treatment with entecavir,and the treatment group was given entecavir plus Ziyin Huoxue recipe for 3 months.The changes of TCM syndrome score,HBVDNA,ALT,AST,TBIL,LSM,four indexes of liver fibrosis,APRI score and FIB4 score before and after treatment were compared.The changes before and after treatment were compared,and the data were obtained and analyzed using SPSS 25.0 statistical software.Results:(1)There were no remarkable differences between the two groups in terms of gender,age,duration of chronic hepatitis B disease,pretreatment testing indexes and TCM syndrome scores(P>0.05).(2)Compared with before treatment,the total points of TCM syndrome and flank pain,waist and knee soreness,dry mouth and pharynx,dry eyes,insomnia,dreaminess,tinnitus and other syndrome points were reduced(P<0.05),while the score of dizziness and dizziness in the control group decreased significantly(P>0.05).After treatment,the total points,waist and knee soreness,dry mouth,dry throat,dizziness,dry eyes,insomnia,dreaminess,tinnitus and other syndrome scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of the effective effects of TCM symptoms: the total effective rate of the efficacy of the medical symptoms in the treatment group was 85.71%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 45.71%,and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)HBV-DNA conversion rate and numerical comparison: HBV-DNA conversion rate and value comparison between the two groups after treatment,and the negative conversion rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the HBV-DNA value of both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the value of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of ALT,AST,TBIL,APRI score and FIB4 index: After treatment,the ALT,AST,APRI score and FIB4 index of the two groups were reduced(P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(6)Four comparisons of liver fibrosis and LSM: the values of LSM,HA,LN,PIIINP and CIV were reduced in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).conclusion: The combination of Ziyin Huoxue recipe can alleviate the clinical symptoms of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency,and can reduce viral replication,promote liver function recovery and reduce the degree of liver fibrosis.Its efficacy is better than that of single Anti-viral treatment with entecavir is clinically safe and effective.
