Clinical Study Of Jianpi Rougan Decoction Combined With Entecavir In The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of Jianpi Rougan Recipe combined with entecavir on TCM syndrome scores,liver function,HB sAg,HBV DNA,liver fibrosis and peripheral blood immune molecules in patients with CHB.Methods:The subjects were from the Department of Hepatology in Shuguang Hospital,92 patients with CHB who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(46 cases)and control group(46 cases).The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Rougan Recipe combined with entecavir.The control group was treated with entecavir alone.The changes of TCM syndrome scores,liver function,HBsAg,HBV DNA,liver fibrosis and the immune molecules were compared between the two groups at 3 months and 6 months of treatment.RESULTS:A total of 92 patients were enrolled in the study.One patient in the treatment group was lost to follow-up,one patient had incomplete data,and one patient was lost to follow-up.Finally,the data of 89 patients were statistically analyzed.The difference of the TCM syndrome score,liver function,HBsAg,HBV DNA,liver fibrosis and peripheral blood immune molecules of 44 patients in the treatment group were statistically significant after 3 or 6 months of treatment(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score,liver function,HBV DNA,APRI,LSM value,CD3,CD8,CD4/CD8 of 45 patients in the control group showed statistically significant differences after 3 and 6 months of treatment(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,CD4 and CD4/CD8 in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).At 6 months of treatment,TCM syndrome score,LSM value,CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8 in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Jianpi Rougan Recipe combined with entecavir is more effective than entecavir alone in improving TCM syndromes.2.After a long course of treatment,Jianpi Rougan Recipe combined with entecavir has better anti-fibrosis effect than entecavir alone.3.The CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+T lymphocytes were increased in the treatment group,and the proportion of CD8+cells was decreased,compared with the control group,indicating that Jianpi Rougan Recipe can significantly improve clinical symptoms,regulate immune function,inhibit virus replication,and delay the progression of liver fibrosis.
