| With the improvement of economic level and the transformation of disease spectrum,residents’ demand for the quality and quantity of medical services continues to grow,subject to the lack of medical resources in China and the limitation of hospital management level,there is still a big gap between the overall level of hospital medical quality and the growing high-quality medical services of residents,and there is still more room for improvement in the quality of medical services.The quality of medical services directly affects the development of hospitals,facing the increasingly fierce competition in the medical market and huge medical needs,the development of medical quality control mode is not only related to the development of the hospital itself but also directly affects the life and health of residents.Evidence-based medicine is a theory that uses the latest research results and the clinical experience of experts to provide patients with a higher level of medical care.This paper uses literature analysis and other methods to define the relevant theories of evidence-based medicine,evidence-based decision-making,evidence-based hospital management,and quality control.Drawing on the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad,the specific content of evidence-based medical quality control is discussed,including five parts: concept,content,characteristics,procedures and tools.The design of evidence-based medical quality control system in line with the development of public hospitals in China mainly includes five subsystems:monitoring,decision-making,supervision,assessment and guarantee.Specific measures to promote the operation of evidence-based medical quality control system are proposed from five aspects,including improving the monitoring system,optimizing the decision-making system,supervision system,performance appraisal system,and guarantee system,so as to provide reference for the innovation of quality control in public hospitals. |
