Research And Implementation Of Disease Intelligent Diagnosis System Based On Evidence-based Medicine

In recent yesrs, Evidence-based medicine (EBM) is the subject direction advocated by themedical profession, some developed countries have made the result of evidence-basedmedicine’s randomized controlled trials and systematic reviews of as the main basis for thedevelopment of medical technology standards, and effective treatment of some diseases.Expert system is an important branch of artificial intelligence, appeared in the mid-1960s,it is an intelligent computer program,and contains a field expert level of knowledge andexperience to be able to use the knowledge base and inference to solve complex problems thatonly experts can solve. By combine evidence-based medicine research results into thecomputer as understand and the knowledge that used for reasoning, we will establish anintelligent diagnosis expert system with artificial intelligence characteristics based onevidence-based medical, the two side complement each other, while expanding both thepromotion and application of field, and can improve the development of medical information.Through the research of evidence-based medicine and expert systems technology, wedetermine a clinical knowledge representation based on the intuitive fact that abstract factsand the combination of facts, and in accordance with the basic idea of "knowledge base+inference engine", the paper described the design and implementation the core functions ofthe system-disease intelligent diagnosis. This paper focuses on the disease intelligentdiagnosis system knowledge base and inference engine design ideas, structure and systemsimplementation.In addition, by primary lung cancer diagnostic and treatment practices resolution issuedby the Ministry of Health to comply with the knowledge and information of the characteristicsof evidence-based medicine, this paper built on the basis of primary lung cancer diagnosis andaccurate staging of primary lung cancer diagnostic knowledge base, to prove that the systemavailability and scalability. Finally, the research results are summarized.
