Clinical Research Of Scalp Electroacupuncture Combined With Donepezil In The Treatment Of Post-Stroke Cognitive Impairment No Dementia(Pattern Of Marrow Sea Insufficiency)

Objective:The aim of this study is to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of scalp electroacupuncture combined with Donepezil in the treatment of PSCIND(pattern of marrow sea insufficiency).By comparing and analyzing the effects of scalp electroacupuncture combined with Donepezil on cognitive function and serum ACh E and NGF levels to provide a better treatment plan for acupuncture for PSCIND.Methods:In this study,62 patients with PSCIND of marrow sea insufficiency were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic medical treatment and cognitive rehabilitation training,the control group received Donepepezil with a treatment dose of5 mg,oral,once every night,for 4 weeks;The treatment group added scalp electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group,Choose the head point line frontal midline,parietal midline(electroacupuncture);anterior oblique line of parietal temporal and posterior oblique line of parietal temporal(focal side).And choose bilateral BL18 and BL23.SP6,ST36,GB39 and KI3 on the affected side.Rehabilitation training and acupuncture treatment in both groups were performed once daily,6 times per week for 4 weeks.The changes of MMSE,Mo CA,SDSD and serum ACh E and NGF levels in the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.The results were statistically analyzed to observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with Donepezil in the treatment of PSCIND.Results:1.Comparison of MMSE scores: MMSE scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than before treatment,with significant statistical difference(P<0.001);Comparison and difference between the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving MMSE score,with significant statistical difference(P<0.001).2.Comparison of Mo CA scores:Mo CA scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than before treatment,with significant statistical difference(P<0.001);Comparison and difference between the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving Mo CA score,with significant stat istical difference(P<0.001).3.Comparison of SDSD scores:SDSD scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,with significant statistical difference(P<0.001);Comparison and difference between the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing SDSD score,with significant statistic al difference(P<0.001).4.Comparison of ACh E levels:ACh E levels of the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,with significant statistical difference(P<0.001);Comparison and difference between the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing ACh E levels,with significant statistical difference(P<0.001).5.Comparison of NGF levels:NGF levels of the two groups after treatment were higher than before treatment,with significant statistical difference(P<0.001);Comparison and difference between the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving NGF levels,with significant statistical difference(P<0.001).Conclusions:1.Scalp electroacupuncture combined with donepezil and the use of donepezil alone can improve the cognitive function of PSCIND patients,among which the treatment effect of electroceptial acupuncture combined with donepezil alone is significantly better than that of donepezil alone,which may be related to down-regulating ACh E levels,increasing NGF levels,accelerating nerve repair function,and promoting cranial nerve remodeling.2.Scalp electroacupuncture combined with donepezil has significant therapeutic advantages in improving cognitive function in medullary hypocritical PSCIND.
