Electroacupuncture DU20 And DU24 Treatment On Cognitive Impairment After Stroke

Purpose:1).To explore the significance of electroacupuncture DU20 and DU24 combined with cognitive training treatment on cognitive impairment after stroke 2). Observe the neural electrophysiology related index changes before and after the treatment.3) To explore the significance of ERP-P300 event-related potentials in mild cognitive impairment after stroke in patients.The object and the method:All patients are come from Second People's Hospital of Fujian Province who comply with the standards. (1) The research object will be according to relevant selection criteria for diagnosis and scale screened in 40 cases MCI patients (MCI group), it's comparable to randomly divided the objects into treatment group and control group, each group of 20 people, two groups in age sex education degree non-significance difference (P> 0.05). (2) Patients in both groups received routine neurological therapy, as well as drug therapy necessary for improvement of cognitive impairment and rehabilitation training,meanwhile treatment group and control group.The treatment group select electroacupuncture DU20 and DU24.Before and after treatment using Mini Mental State Examination score sheet MMSE and P300(latency and amplitude) of event-related potential as measurements of cognitive function. (3) Observing indexes:the score of the MMSE and cognize the potential visual P300 incubation period and amplitude perspective before and after treatment. (4) Primal data input to SPSS 16.0 statistical software., counting material with a chi-square test,variable expressed with(X±s). Two groups of comparisons with t-test.The level of statistical significance of differences is P＜0.05.Results:Some patients are auditory evoked potential VEP waveform changes is more, incubation period is shorter than before treatment, volatility increased before treatment; All patients ERP-the incubation period is before treatment P300, volatility is shortened significantly increased significantly before treatment.Theory:1,This research shows that it's feasible to apple TCM theoretical guidance of acupuncture treatment to improved mild cognitive impairment cognitive function after stroke.2,Electroacupuncture DU20 and DU24 combined with cognitive training treatment on cognitive impairment after stroke could improve patients'cognitive functions.3,Patients received after electroacupuncture treatment of clinical symptoms and the index of basic and detected by consistent analysis theory.
