ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between the expression level of gastric mucosal atresia protein,the degree of gastric mucosal inflammation and the types of Hp strains in children with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-associated gastritis.Methods1.Research objectIn this study,from June 2018 to December 2021,90 children who were diagnosed as Hp-associated gastritis by gastroscopy in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University because of digestive symptoms(such as abdominal pa in,abdominal distension,nausea,vomiting,acid regurgitation or melena,etc.)were selected as the research objects.2.Research method1)The expression of serum Hp antibody was detected by immunoblotting,and the serological strains of Hp were classified.Hp was divided into three different strains,and the pathological changes of gastric mucosa were observed.At the same time,the expression level of gastric mucosal atresia protein was detected by immunohistochemical quantitative method,and the relation ship among the expression level of gastric mucosal atresia pro tein,the degree of gastric mucosal inflammation and the t ype of Hp strain was analyzed.2)SPSS25.0 statistical softw are was used for data anal ysis.The measurement data in accordance with the n ormal distribution are expressed as"x±s";the counting data are expressed as examples and percentages(%).Chi-square test is used for the comparison of disordered class ification data between groups.If the theoretical frequency of more than 20%cells is less than 5 or at least one cell theory frequency is less than 1,the Fisher exact probabilit y method is adopted,and the Kruskal-Wallis test of non-parametric test is used for the comparison of grade classification data between groups.The multiple comparison between multiple sets of data uses the Bonferroni method of SPSS.P<0.05 was considered to be statisticall y significant.Results1.Results on the relationship between the expression level of gastric atresia protein and the degree of gastric muco sal inflammation:The positive rates of atresia protein expression in children with mild,moderate,and severe gastric mucosal inflammation were 80.0%,35.1%,and11.6%,respectivel y.There was significant difference in the positive rate of atresia protein expression among the three groups(X~2=19.66,P<0.001).There were statistical differences in pairwise co mparison between the two groups(P<0.05).2.Relationship between gastric mucosa atresia protein expression level and Hp strain t ype:The positive rates of gastric mucosal atresia protein expression in children infected with typeⅠ,intermediate type and typeⅡstrains were 11.5%,44.4%and 60.0%,respectively.TypeⅠis lower than typeⅡand intermediate types,with statistical differences(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference between typeⅡand intermediate type(P>0.05).3.Results on the relationship between Hp strain t ype and the degree of gastric mucosal inflammation:The degree of gastric mucosal inflammation in children infe cted with different t ypes of Hp strains was statistically significant(H=18.01,P<0.001):TypeⅡwas lighter than TypeⅠand Intermediate,and the differences were statisticall y significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between typeⅠand intermediate t ype(P>0.05).Conclusions1.The expression level of gastric mucosal atresia protein is related to the degree of gastric mucosal inflammation:mild>moderate>severe,suggesting that the more severe the degree of gastric mucosal inflammatio n,the more severe the destruction of tight junction.2.The expression level of gastric mucosal atresia protein is related to the types of Hp strains:t ypeⅠ<t ypeⅡ,and t ypeⅠ<intermediate t ype,but there is no difference between intermediate t ype and t ypeⅡ,suggesting that the infection of t ypeⅠstrain has a greater damage to the tight junction of gastric mucosa.3.The degree of gastric mucosa inflam mation was related to the types of Hp strains:t ypeⅡ<t ypeⅠ,t ypeⅡ<intermediate t ype,and there was no difference between the intermediate t ype and t ypeⅠ,suggesting that the degree of gastric mucosa inflamma tion caused by t ypeⅡstrain was relativel y mild.
