Purpose(1)To understand the current situation of adult attachment, sexual satisfaction and marital satisfaction of infertile couples, and to investigate their differences in general demographic data, disease status and family types.(2)To explore the relationship among adult attachment, sexual satisfaction and marital satisfaction of infertile couples.(3)Construct effective intervention methods to improve the sexual satisfaction of infertile couples.Method(1)Through literature analysis, systematically analyze a large number of domestic and foreign literature about adult attachment, sexual satisfaction and marriage satisfaction of infertile couples, and understand the development status.(2)By means of convenient sampling,a questionnaire survey was conducted among one or both of 300 infertile couples in a hospital in Shanxi province to understand the status quo of related variables and influencing factors, and to construct the influencing path among variables,SPSS26.0 and AMOS24.0 were used to analyze the data, including independent sample t-test,correlation analysis, single factor analysis of variance, multiple linear regression and structural equation modeling.(3)Construct the intervention scheme of sexual satisfaction based on PERMA model, intervene infertile couples, and test the intervention effect.Result(1)The total score of attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety of infertile couples is(39.44±7.37)and(18.04±5.72);The overall score of sexual satisfaction is(49.52±18.42),the overall score of egocentricity dimension is(24.53±9.29),the overall score of partner/sexual activity center dimension is(24.97±9.60),and the overall score of marriage satisfaction is(21.67±8.10).(2)There are significant differences in attachment avoidance among infertile couples in terms of reasons for infertility(F=5.721,p<0.01).(3)There were significant differences in attachment anxiety among infertile couples in gender(t=3.933,p<0.01),occupation(F=4.309,p<0.01)and treatment time(F=3.313,p<0.05).(4)Sexual satisfaction of infertile couples was significantly correlated with gender(t=-5.873,p<0.01),age(F=7.408,p<0.01),place of residence(F=-2.874,p<0.01),age of marriage(F=21.420,p<0.01),occupation(F=4.524,p<0.01),income(F=5.814,p<0.01),natural pregnancy(F=2.056,p<0.05),biological children(F=2.749,p<0.01),duration of infertility(F=8.929,p<0.01),cause of infertility(F=8.650,p<0.01)and treatment time(F=9.033,p<0.01).(5)Marital satisfaction of infertile couples was significantly different with gender(t=-2.161,p<0.05),marital history(F=-2.153,p<0.05),education level(F=3.669,p<0.05),occupation(F=3.728,p<0.05),income(F=4.582,p<0.01),biological children(F=2.844,p<0.01),duration of infertility(F=4.212 p<0.01),cause of infertility(F=4.686,p<0.01),duration of treatment(F=1.221,p<0.05),family type(F=4.943,p<0.01).(6)Attachment avoidance, attachment anxiety, sexual satisfaction and marital satisfaction have pairwise correlation(p<0.05 for attachment avoidance and sexual life satisfaction, and p<0.01 for others).(7)Attachment avoidance negatively predicted sexual satisfaction and marriage satisfaction(p<0.05,p<0.01),and attachment anxiety negatively predicted sexual satisfaction and marriage satisfaction(p<0.01,p<0.01);Sexual satisfaction positively predicted marital satisfaction(p<0.01).(8)Mediating effect analysis shows that sexual satisfaction has a partial mediating effect between attachment avoidance and marital satisfaction, accounting for 13.21% of the total effect;Sexual satisfaction has a partial mediating effect between attachment anxiety and marital satisfaction, accounting for 4.5% of the total effect.(9)After the intervention, the sexual satisfaction(p<0.01)and marriage satisfaction(p<0.05)of infertile couples in the intervention group were significantly improved.Conclusions(1)The attachment level of infertile couples is related to gender, occupation, cause of infertility, duration of infertility treatment and family type. The attachment avoidance level of individuals with infertility caused by both factors is relatively low,and the attachment anxiety level of females,self-employed individuals and individuals with infertility treatment for more than 7 years is relatively low.(2)The sexual satisfaction of infertile couples is related to gender, age, place of residence, marital age, income, natural pregnancy, biological children, infertility duration, infertility causes and infertility treatment duration.Men,the older, city, long marriage years, moderate income level, natural pregnancy, biological children, long infertility years, infertility caused by both factors and long treatment time, the level of sexual life satisfaction is relatively good.(3)The marital satisfaction of infertile couples is related to gender, marital history, education level, income, physical children, infertility duration, infertility causes, infertility treatment duration and family type.Male, remarried, low education level, moderate income level, have biological children, have been infertile for 4-6 years, have been infertile due to both factors, have been treated for a long time and do not live with their parents have relatively high marital satisfaction.(4)There is a significant correlation among adult attachment, sexual satisfaction and marital relationship satisfaction.Attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety are negatively correlated with sexual satisfaction and marriage satisfaction. There is a significant positive correlation between sexual satisfaction and marital satisfaction.(5)Sexual satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between adult attachment and marital satisfaction.(6)The PERMA model intervention program designed in this study can improve the sexual life satisfaction and marital satisfaction of infertile couples. |
