Objective:To conduct a theoretical and evidence-based study on fitness qigong intervention in chronic non-specific low back pain(CNLBP),and to observe the effects of fitness qigong on CNLBP population in terms of pain, functional impairment, quality of life, anxiety and depression, lumbar spine mobility, low back muscle strength and balance ability through exercise intervention experiments, and to explore the actual improvement effects of fitness qigong on their pain and physical and mental functional status, with a view to To provide theoretical and practical references for subsequent related studies and promote the development and popularization of fitness qigong.Methods:Seventy-two people with CNLBP were studied and randomly grouped and then subjected to a 12-week intervention experiment. The experimental group underwent fitness qigong intervention for 60 min five times a week;the control group did not do exercise intervention and only routinely supervised their daily life, and the VAS pain score,RMDQ dysfunction score,HADS anxiety-depression score,SF-12 quality of life score, lumbar spine mobility, lumbar back muscle strength, and balance to comprehensively explore the effects of fitness qigong on pain and physical and mental function in people with CNLBP.Results:It was found that the indicators of the two groups showed different trends with increasing time in general. The index scores of the experimental group decreased sequentially with increasing time from before the intervention to the end of the 12th week of the intervention, while those of the control group increased sequentially with increasing time, and the differences between the index scores of the two groups reached a significant level of P<0.05.1.VAS pain
