Finger Acupoints Combined With "Jianpi Plaster" Acupoint Application For Treatment Clinical Observation On Chronic Non Atrophic Gastritis Of Spleen Stomach Deficiency Cold Type

Objective By observing and analyzing the changes of symptoms,syndromes and quality of life of finger acupoints combined with "Jianpi paste" acupoint application in the treatment of chronic non atrophic gastritis of spleen stomach deficiency and cold type,evaluate its clinical efficacy,and explore its mechanism and effectiveness.Methods72 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into test group and control group,with36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with finger acupoints plus "Jianpi Plaster" acupoint application once a day for 2 weeks;The control group was treated with oral esomeprazole magnesium enteric coated tablets,fasting in the morning,swallowing the whole tablets,20 mg each time,once a day,for 2 weeks.The main symptoms,TCM syndromes and quality of life scores of chronic non atrophic gastritis were observed before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was used to observe the clinical effect of finger acupoints combined with "Jianpi paste" acupoint application in the treatment of chronic non atrophic gastritis of spleen stomach deficiency and cold type.Results1.The number of cases,gender,age and course of disease was not obviously statistical different in the two groups(P>0.05).The main symptoms,TCM syndromes and quality of life of CNAG before treatment made no statistical sense(P>0.05).2.Intra group comparison:Before and after treatment,the main symptoms,TCM syndromes and quality of life scores of CNAG in the two groups were different(with statistical significance)(P<0.05).3.Comparison between groups:(1)Main symptoms of CNAG: The total score of CNAG main symptoms and the score of each single symptom in the two groups after cure were the same,with no statistical significance(P>0.05),when the D-value of the total score of CNAG main symptoms and the Dvalue of each single symptom score in the two groups were compared,there was no statistical significance too(P>0.05).(2)TCM syndrome: After treatment,the two groups were not the same in the total score of TCM syndromes(P<0.05).The two groups in the scores of single symptom of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in pain prefer warm pressing,vomiting water,nausea,loss of appetite,mental fatigue,cold limbs and loose stools were completely different.(P<0.05),They both had statistical significance.Before and after cure,the D-value of total score of TCM syndrome in the two groups was satistical significance(P<0.05).The D-value of single symptom scores of TCM Syndromes in the two groups made statistical sense in pain prefer warm pressing,vomiting water,nausea,loss of appetite,mental matigue,cold limbs and loose stools(P<0.05).(3)Quality of life: The scores of all the aspects of quality of life in the two groups in physiology,psychology,and indepence were significant and different in statistics after treatment(P<0.05).Comparing the D-value of all-the-dimention scores of quality of life in the two groups in physiology,psychology and independence also showed statistical significance(P<0.05).4.Comparison of clinical efficacy:Through cure,all the effective ratios of the major symtoms of CNAG were 88.23%(experiment group)and 90.91%(control group),they were almost the same(P>0.05),showing no statistical significance.The proportion of TCM syndrome of experiment group was 94.12%,much higher than that of control group(78.79%)appealing obvious difference in data(P<0.05),making statistical sense.Conclusions1.Finger point pointing combined with "Jianpi Plaster" acupoint application and oral oral esmprazole magnesium enteric coated tablets can improve the main symptoms of chronic non atrophic gastritis of spleen stomach deficiency and cold type to varying degrees,and the curative effects of the two treatments are similar.2.In improving the chronic non atrophic TCM syndrome of spleen stomach deficiency cold type,the curative effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group,suggesting that finger acupoint pointing combined with "Jianpi paste" acupoint application has a better effect in improving the symptoms of deficiency cold and improving the overall functional state.3.Finger acupuncture combined with "Jianpi Plaster" acupoint application has more advantages in improving the quality of life of patients with chronic non atrophic gastritis.
