Clinical Observation On Wenzhongtiaopi Decoction Combined With Rabeprazole In The Treatment Of Chronic Non Atrophic Gastritis Of Spleen Deficiency Cold Type

Objective: By observing the effect of wenzhong tiaopi decoction combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis with deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach,the efficacy of wenzhong tiaopi decoction in improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the main symptoms of western medicine and the gastric mucosa of patients was evaluated,providing new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:In strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria,a total of 72 patients who visited the outpatient department of spleen and stomach diseases in the affiliated hospital of shanxi university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to December 2018 and were diagnosed as chronic non-atrophic stomach of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold type were collected.The patients were numbered according to the order of visiting time,and divided into control group and treatment group with random number table.In the control group,rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules were taken orally.The treatment group received orally wenzhong tiaopi decoction and rabeprazole for 4 weeks.The symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,single symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,main symptoms of western medicine and gastric mucosa were observed.The data were collected and analyzed with SPSS 22.0 medical statistical software.According to the results,the clinical efficacy and safety of wenzhong tiaopi decoction in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis caused by deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach were analyzed.Results:1.After the treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups of TCM syndromes was compared.The western medicine group of wenzhong tiaopi decoction was 93.9%,and the western medicine group was 85.2%.2.After treatment,the total score and single symptom score of TCM symptoms of the two groups were compared,both groups were improved,but the effect of TCM plus western medicine group was better;Compared with the western medicine group,the single symptoms of the two groups after treatment were more effective in the aspects of hypothermia or hyperthermia,seizures or aggravation after tiredness or cold,loose stools,mental fatigue and limb tiredness,the traditional Chinese medicine plus western medicine group was more effective than the western medicine group.3.After the treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups of main symptoms of western medicine was compared.The western medicine group of wenzhong tiaopi decoction was 90.9%,and the western medicine group was 82.3%.4.After treatment,the total scores of main symptoms in western medicine of the two groups were compared,and both groups had better treatment effect,but the effect of traditional Chinese medicine plus western medicine group was more significant;5.After the treatment,the endoscopic efficacy of the two groups was compared.The western medicine group of wenzhong tiaopi decoction was 84.8%,the western medicine group was 76.5%,and the western medicine group was 76.5%.6.After the treatment,the mucosal points of the two groups were compared under gastroscope.Both groups were effective,but the effect of traditional Chinese medicine plus western medicine group was more significan;7.No adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion: Wenzhong tiaopi decoction combined with rabeprazole is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis with deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach,with fewer side effects.It is better than the pure western medicine group in improving its symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,single symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,main symptoms of western medicine,and gastric mucosa,etc.Therefore,it can provide a new idea for the treatment of this disease,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
