| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of applying the Cervical Vertebra Oblique-trigger-method to sympathetic cervical spondylosis in addition to acupuncture-based treatment,so as to provide a more reliable treatment pathway for the clinic. Methods:According to the clinical diagnostic criterion of the s ympathetic cervical spondylosis,60 patients were randomly divided into2 groups(treatment group and control group),30 patients in each group, and acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion and other basic treatments were given, and the cervical vertebra oblique-trigger-method was used as the intervention for both groups. In the control group, traditional relaxation tuina techniques were used, while in the treatment group, the cervical spine oblique wrenching method was combined with this. Both groups were treated for 2 courses of treatment(1 course lasted for10 days),and follow-up after 2 months at the end of 2 courses of treatment.By recording the CSSEQ scores,NDI scores and cervical curvature values of the two groups of patients at each time point before and after treatment, respectively, analyze and compare changes in indicators to understand the state of remittence of patients’ symptoms and signs,to size up the clinical effectiveness of the two groups.Data were recorded and processed for analysis with the help of statistical software SPSS 26.0,and data differences were considered statistically significant,if P<0.05.The graphics are mainly drawn by Graph Pad Prism9.0.Results:Comparison of basic parameters: Comparison of fundamental data, such as age, gender and course of the disease as well as basic parameters such as CSSEQ score,NDI score and cervical curvature value before treatment, there was no statistical variation between groups(P>0.05).It indicates that the basic parameter levels of the two groups are almost the same and comparable.2.Comparison of observation indexes.(1)Intra-group comparison: The results of CSSEQ scores,NDI scores and cervical curvature values in the 2 groups were statistically different after 2 courses of treatment sitted up those before treatment(P<0.05);the CSSEQ score and NDI score of patients in the 2 groups were statistically different after 1 course of treatment and before treatment, and after 2 courses of treatment and after 1 course of treatment,respectively(P<0.05);the treatment group’s CSSEQ scores and NDI scores in the treatment group were not statistically vary after 2 courses of treatment compared with the 2-month follow-up after treatment(P>0.05);CSSEQ scores and NDI scores in the control group were statistically vary after 2 courses of treatment sitted up the 2-month follow-up after treatment(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: The CSSEQ score and NDI score of the2 groups were compared at different time points after treatment(after1 course of treatment,2 courses of treatment and2 months of follow-up),showing statistical differences(P<0.05).The cervical curvature values of the two groups were statistically different after 2 courses of treatment(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the overall efficiency: After 2 courses of treatment, the overall efficiency of the treatment group(96.67%)was more remarkable higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the comparison between groups showed statistical meaning(P<0.05);2 months after the treatment, the overall efficiency of the treatment group(86.67%)was also more remarkable higher than that of the control group(56.67%),and there was also statistical meaning between the groups.4.Safety evaluation: throughout this study,no significant adverse reactions or clinical accidents occurred.Conclusion:1.On the basis of acupuncture and other basic treatments, both the traditional conventional relaxation tuina and the cervical obli-que traction method on this basis can alleviate the symptoms and signs of patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis, and both can effectively treat sympathetic cervical spondylosis.2.Compared with the traditional routine relaxation tuina, the cervical vertebra oblique-trigger-method can obviously improve the symptoms of sympathetic nerve turmoil;and cervical spine disorders in patients with this disease, and has more advantages in correcting abnormal cervical curvature, which not only lasts longer, but also has a low recurrence rate.3.The cervical vertebra oblique-trigger-method is relatively simple and safe to operate, easy to be accepted by patients, and has no serious adverse reactions,so it needs to be widely used in clinic. |
