Clinical Observation Of Knee Paralysis Prescriptions In The Treatment Of Chronic Synovitis Of The Knee

Purpose:In this Paper,we observe the clinical efficacy of Knee Paralysis Preferred Formula in the treatment of chronic knee synovitis to find an effective treatment for chronic knee synovitis and a better treatment plan for patients and provide a theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods:The cases collected in this study were from inpatients with chronic knee synovitis who attended the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology,Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2022.A total of 75 Patients with chronic knee synovitis who met the inclusion criteria were collected in this study and randomly divided into three groups of 25 cases each,namely,treatment group(Knee Paralysis Preferred Formula group),control group A(Ding Su Gui group),and control group B(Qizheng Qing Peng Paste group),and 2,and 1cases were shed during the treatment Process,with a total of 70 cases completed,including 23 cases in treatment group,23 cases in control group A,and 24 cases in control group B,the treatment group was applied externally to the Patient’s knee joint with the Knee Paralysis Preference Formula.In the treatment group B,external application of Knee Palsy Preferred Formula was applied to the knee joint twice daily for 30 minutes;in the control group A,external application of Ding Su Gui Hot Compress was applied to the knee joint of Patients.Two times a day,one time for 30 minutes.Control group B was treated with Qing Peng cream applied externally to the affected knee twice a day in appropriate amounts(as much as necessary to coat the affected knee evenly).Patients in all three groups were given basic supportive therapy and were advised to take rest and protect the knee joint from excessive weight-bearing during treatment.The VAS score,knee WOMAC score and knee circumference were recorded after one treatment cycle.The data collected were processed and analyzed using statistical software to assess the clinical efficacy of Knee Paralysis Preferred Formula in the treatment of chronic knee synovitis.Results:1.After analyzing the general data of age,gender and disease duration of the three groups,it was found that all of them were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and comparable.VAS score: when statistically analyzing the VAS scores of the three groups of patients before and after treatment,P>0.05,there was no statistical significance for comparison.When statistically analyzing the VAS scores of the three groups of patients before and after treatment within the group,P<0.05,indicating that either external application of Knee Paralysis Preferred Formula,Ding Su Gui Hot Compress or external application of Qizheng Qing Peng Paste could effectively relieve the pain scores of patients.WOMAC scores: statistical analysis of the WOMAC scores of the three groups of Patients before treatment,P>0.05,was not statistically significant,indicating that there was no significant difference between the three groups before treatment;and after treatment,WOMAC scores between groups were found,P>0.05,with no significant difference in improving patient function.Comparing the circumference of the knee joint before and after treatment in the three groups,P<0.05,all three treatment regimens could help reduce knee swelling.Clinical efficacy of TCM: The clinical efficacy of TCM in the three groups was calculated at the end of the treatment course.6 of 23 Patients in the experimental group were cured,14 were effective,2 were effective,and 1 was ineffective,with an overall improvement rate of 96.00%;7of 23 Patients in control group A were clinically cured,8 were effective,6 were effective,and 2 were ineffective,with an improvement rate of 91.00%;24Patients in control group B were clinically In control group B,5 Patients were clinically cured,7 were effective,8 were effective and 4 were ineffective,with an improvement rate of 83.00%,P>0.05.There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy.Conclusion:The use of Knee Paralysis Preferred Formula Chinese herbal hot amoxicillin Pack externally for the treatment of knee synovitis is effective in reducing knee swelling and also alleviating knee Pain at a lower cost,with no obvious toxic side effects and high patient satisfaction,and is worth promoting.
