| Objective:By observing the complete abortion rate and vaginal bleeding time and TCM syndrome scores in the two groups of patients treated with different methods,the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with auricular plaster therapy for vaginal bleeding after Drug abortion was studied,evaluating the feasibility and safety of external treatment of auricular plaster therapy,and providing a new idea for vaginal bleeding after Drug abortion with TCM.Method:60 patients who voluntarily underwent Drug abortion were included and divided into experimental group and control group according to the principle of random allocation,with 30 patients in each group.The experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine combined with auricular plaster therapy.The control group was treated with that kind of Chinese medicine decoction only.After the discharge of the pregnancy sac,they began to take traditional Chinese medicine soup to be divided in the morning and evening,one bag at a time,brew with 150-200 ml boiled water for 14 days.Immediately after the discharge of the gestational sac,combined with auricular plaster therapy,Press the corresponding ear point by hand for 3 minutes,and the same amount of pressure is given to each point,with the ear small blood vessel filling and ear burning,slight pain as the standard.During the observation period on the same day,press once every 30 minutes.After returning home,they press the ear beans 3-5times a day.After 5 days,remove the ear beans and stop sticking.The Uterine,Shenmen,Erzhong,Endocrine,Kidney,Hepatic,and Sympathetic acupoint were taken from both lateral ear points.After 3 weeks of follow-up,the complete abortion rate,vaginal bleeding time and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were statistically recorded.The data were sorted out and analyzed by using SPSS 26.0.According to the statistical results,the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with auricular plaster therapy in the treatment of vaginal bleeding after drug abortion was analyzed and evaluated.Results:30 cases of drug abortion patients were selected in each group.After statistical data analysis,it was proved that the general data of the group were not significant in age,days of menopause,menstrual cycle,the number of pregnancy and production,and the data were comparable(P>0.05).During the process of case collection,there was one shedding case in the test group.The patient failed to take the medicine on time due to his own reasons and missed the dose for several days.In the control group,there were 2 cases of shedding,among which the vaginal bleeding suddenly increased on the 5th day after medical abortion,and the uterine curettage intervention was given immediately after that.The other patient took other hemostatic drugs during the experiment.Therefore,all three cases were listed as shedding cases.In the course of treatment,Two patients appeared slightly itching in the ear pressing area for a short time,considering the allergic reaction of the ear pressure adhesive tape.Due to the initial contact with the ear pressure bean adaptation process and the patient reported mild symptoms,the patient was advised to observe.The patient had no other obvious adverse reactions after taking traditional Chinese medicine and pressing bean therapy,and the study process was smooth.1.Comparison of complete abortion rate between the two groups: the complete abortion rate was 93.33% significantly higher than 73.33% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.Comparison of vaginal bleeding time between the two groups: The vaginal bleeding time in the test group was 10.67 ± 3.62 days lower than12.83 ± 3.18 days in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Evaluation of overall efficacy between the two groups: the total effective rate of the test group was 86.67%,significantly higher than70.00% of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups: the difference between the two groups before treatment was not significant and was comparable(P> 0.05).The TCM syndrome score on day 8 was 7.70± 4.73 lower than 10.73 ± 3.32 in the control group,and the score on day 15 ± 1.85 was lower than the 4.23 ± 4.15 in the control group.The differences between both groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular plaster therapy can improve the complete abortion rate of medical abortion.2.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular plaster therapy can reduce the time of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion.3.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular plaster therapy can comprehensively improve TCM symptoms,such as vaginal bleeding,low back pain,abdominal pain,nausea,vomiting and fatigue.4.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular plaster therapy has clear effect after drug abortion,no obvious adverse reactions,and is a reliable therapy for the treatment of vaginal bleeding after drug abortion. |
