Objective:By sorting out the medical records of functional constipation diagnosed and treated by Professor Hu Ke,researching Professor Hu Ke’s dialectical thinking,treatment characteristics and experience in prescriptions and medications in the treatment of functional constipation,and completing a systematic review of the tutor’s treatment of functional constipation,in order to further improve functional constipation It provides new ideas and methods for clinical practice,and promotes the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Collect the clinical medical records in Professor Hu Ke’s outpatient clinic,sort out the medical records of Professor Hu Ke’s diagnosis and treatment of functional constipation according to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria,and list the included medical records’name,gender,symptoms,signs,syndrome types,Prescription and drug information is processed in a standardized way,made into an Excel table,and input into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5),using the platform’s statistical reports and prescription analysis functions to analyze the gender,age,symptoms,Syndrome types,drugs used,four characteristics and five flavors of drugs,meridian distribution of drugs,and medication rules,and referring to related works and literatures,summed up Professor Hu Ke’s theoretical understanding,thinking of differentiation and treatment,and medication rules in the treatment of functional constipation.Results:1.Medical record statistics:A total of 234 cases of functional constipation related medical records,a total of 358 visits,including 104 males(44.44%)and 130 females(55.56%).The age of onset of functional constipation was widely distributed,with the highest frequency being 41-50 years old(22.22%),followed by 61-70 years old(17.95%),and the same frequency between 31-40 years old and 51-60 years old(16.24%).According to the comprehensive analysis,it can be concluded that the frequent occurrence group of functional constipation is middle-aged and elderly women.A total of 79 symptoms were excluded,among which the high-frequency symptoms(frequency ≥50)were:difficult stool(50.28%),dry stool(41.90%),dry mouth(32.40%),abdominal distension(31.28%),Poor sleepiness(22.35%),sagittal stool(20.11%),incomplete stool(19.55%),bitter mouth(18.44%),less stool(17.88%),stool once every 2-3 days(15.64%),Assisted defecation(15.08%),gas(15.08%),defecate hard(15.08%),fatigue(14.53%).2.Syndrome type statistics:There are 4 common types of syndromes:gastrointestinal qi stagnation syndrome,spleen deficiency syndrome,spleen-stomach disharmony,intestinal dryness.The most common one is gastrointestinal qi stagnation,accounting for 51.40%.3.Drug frequency analysis:There are 129 kinds of drugs in total,among which the top 20 most frequently used drugs are:Radix Glycyrrhiza,Bupleurum,Atractylodes macrocephala,Betel nut,Codonopsis pilosula,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Scutellaria baicalensis,Bitter almond,Pinellia chinensis,Fructus aurantium,Lulu Tong,Shichangpu,astragalus,angelica,fried citrus aurantium,hemp seed,rehmannia glutinosa,cohosh,Poria cocos,Magnolia officinalis.Meridian distribution of medicinal properties and flavors:the frequency of use of the four gases from high to low is:warm,cold,flat,hot,and cool;the frequency of use of the five flavors from high to low is:bitter,pungent,sweet,sour,salty,and astringent;Meridians are mainly spleen,stomach,lung,liver and large intestine.4.Prescription analysis:A total of 358 prescriptions were made.Using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform for prescription analysis,it was concluded that Professor Hu Ke’s treatment gave 9 core medicine prescriptions for the treatment of functional constipation:roasted licorice,Bupleurum,Atractylodes macrocephala,and betel nut,Codonopsis,Scutellaria,Pinellia,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Bitter Almond.Conclusions:1.Professor Hu Ke believes that diet,emotions,exogenous evils,and old age can all induce functional constipation.Although the location of the disease is in the large intestine,it is closely related to the spleen and stomach,liver and gallbladder,triple burner,lungs,and kidneys.2.Professor Hu Ke attaches great importance to the influence of the ups and downs of the human body’s qi movement on the conduction function of the large intestine.Through the methods of regulating the ups and downs of the spleen and stomach,dredging the liver and gallbladder,and harmonizing the cardinal organs,the human body’s qi movement can be properly raised and lowered,and the nature of the intestines can be restored,so as to restore the body’s autonomy.The purpose of defecation.3.Professor Hu Ke distinguishes between deficiency and excess in the treatment,tonics and tonics,and cold and cooling products are used with caution.Most of them are liver-soothing,spleen-invigorating,and qi-regulating drugs.Take everything into consideration.
