Investigation And Analysis Of Helicopter Medical Rescue Practice And Related Services In Bayannur City

Objective: Analyze the rescue mode,flight area,disease type,treatment time,patient prognosis,and cost of helicopter medical rescue in Bayannur City,and compare the time,cost,and treatment effectiveness of helicopter medical rescue with ambulance rescue in Bayannur City Hospital;To understand the medical rescue situation and advantages of helicopters in Bayannur City.Methods:1.Describe the helicopter medical rescue and ambulance rescue processes;2.Collect data on helicopter medical rescue and ambulance rescue cases in Bayannur City from January 2018 to April 2021,with 319 cases each.Describe and analyze the general situation of patients’ gender,age,disease classification,and regional distribution;3.Taking the Ulat Houqi sample as an example,compare helicopter medical rescue with ambulance rescue,and compare the response time(minutes)of the two underground rescue modes for the same purpose(receiving task time-departure time/departure time),arrival time(minutes)(departure time-arrival time at the rescue point),on-site disposal time(minutes)(arrival time at the rescue point-departure time at the rescue point)The time(minutes)for transportation to the hospital(departure/driving time from the rescue point-return time)and the total task time(minutes)(receiving task time-return time)and costs.4.Compare the treatment effects of various diseases in helicopter medical rescue and ambulance rescue.5.Compare and analyze the response time,arrival time,on-site disposal time,transportation time to the hospital,and total task time(minutes)of the helicopter rescue center for vascular diseases with other diseases.Results: In terms of age,gender,systolic/diastolic blood pressure,disease distribution,and regional distribution,there was no statistical difference between helicopter medical rescue and ambulance rescue(P>0.05).2.In terms of response time,there is a statistically significant difference between helicopter medical rescue and traditional ambulance rescue in the same region(P < 0.01).There is a statistical difference(P < 0.05)between helicopter medical rescue and ambulance rescue in terms of arriving at the accident site.In terms of on-site disposal time,there is a statistically significant difference between the helicopter medical rescue mode and the traditional ambulance rescue mode(P<0.05).In terms of return time,there is a statistically significant difference(P<0.01)between the helicopter medical rescue mode and the traditional ambulance rescue mode.In terms of overall time,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.01)between the helicopter medical rescue mode and the traditional ambulance rescue mode.In terms of usage costs,there was no statistically significant difference between the helicopter medical rescue mode and the traditional ambulance rescue mode(P>0.05).In terms of the final treatment of cardiovascular diseases,injuries,respiratory,digestive,and other systemic diseases,the proportion of improvement in helicopter medical rescue is higher than that in ambulance rescue,while the proportion of deaths from cardiovascular diseases,injuries,and other systemic diseases is lower than that in ambulance rescue.The response time of central vascular system disease cases in helicopter medical rescue mode was statistically significant compared to other diseases(P<0.05).Conclusion: At the same destination,helicopter medical rescue has more advantages in terms of time;The proportion of vascular disease and trauma patients in helicopter medical rescue centers who ultimately improve after treatment is higher than that in ambulance rescue,and the proportion of deaths is lower than that in ambulance rescue;The response time of helicopter medical rescue to cardiovascular diseases is faster than other diseases,further reflecting the advantages of Bayannur Hospital Chest Pain Center;Helicopter medical rescue is an indispensable component of the national strategy for developing a three-dimensional aviation emergency medical rescue system.It is of great significance for the construction of a three-dimensional rescue system in the northwest region;Helicopter medical rescue plays a very important role in improving the pre hospital emergency response capabilities in the northwest region and is worth promoting on a larger scale.
