Study On The Spatial-Temporal Relationship Between Medical And Health Care Resources And Residents' Health Level In Yungui Area

Taking Yunnan and Guizhou as the research areas,based on the statistical data of population and health in two provinces,using ArcGIS,the spatial analysis and map visualization methods,Excel,SPSS,Stata and Eviews,the measurement methods,this paper analyzes the temporal and spatial evolution law of medical and health care resources and residents' health level in the 1995-2015 years from the angle of time change and spatial differentiation,and analysis correlation,regression and spatial coupling analysis between them.The results show that:(1)The medical and health care resources in Yunnan and Guizhou areas have been significantly improved,but the spatial distribution is obvious.In the three sub indexes of total,per capita and land average:land average level in the provinces are generally lower than the per capita number,and Guizhou always occupies the dominant position in the average land index;Some cities and states that have less total value of medical institutions,beds and health technicians have prominent advantages in per capita indicators,The "polarization"of land average level between urban areas is significant;Kunming is always the core highest area of total quantity,while the Hengduan Mountains in Western Yunnan is the lowest value area in the whole area;the spatial distribution of per capita,average land index and total quantity are both coincident and different.In the comprehensive indicators of health resources:in a sparsely populated city,its average per capita or average value is relatively high;Kunming and Guiyang are stable core high value areas with per capita comprehensive levels.Zhaotong-Qujing-Bijie-Wenshan is a stable core low value area;Taking Chuxiong-Yuxi-Honghe frontier as the land average level of comprehensive boundary,low values are in the west and high values in the other side;The spatial relationships among the comprehensive indicators of per capita within the region have changed significantly,and the land average level has only been evident in the lower level regions.(2)The level of health in Yunnan and Guizhou has increased generally,but has always been at a low level in China,the spatial gap between the cities is gradually narrowing.Kunming-Yuxi and Guiyang-Anshun constitute a stable double peak center for average life expectancy,Nujiang Prefecture is a stable core low-value area;the high maternal mortality area is located in the banded Hengduan Mountains in the west of Yunnan Province,southeastern Yunnan,and southwest Guizhou,The core low value areas are constantly changing;Kunming-Chuxiong-Yuxi are the core low-level areas for stable infant mortality,and Diqing is always in high level;Urban regional difference fluctuation in health comprehensive level have decreased,Kunming-Yuxi and Guiyang constitute a stable dual-peak center in the Yunnan-Guizhou area,Nujiang is a stable core low-value area;The comprehensive level of health presents a pattern of similar agglomeration in space and this state of aggregation has weakened;The agglomeration of regions with a high level of health has been strengthened,and the fluctuation of agglomeration tends to weaken in regions with low health levels.(3)With the time relationship between health care resources and health level of residents:Co mpared with the land average index,the correlation between per capita health resources and health level is higher;the impact of per capita and land average comprehensive level on the average life expectancy is the most significant and stable;In the same time period,the impact of per capita/land average health resources comprehensive level on health comprehensive level is decreasing;Increasing the allocation of beds in health institutions,which are arranged according to population and geographical area,is the key to improve the health level.In space relations:The equity of health resources according to population allocation is better than that of geographic distribution.The comprehensive level of health resources per capita and the comprehensive level of health are homogeneous and heterogeneous.The health resources in Western Yunnan are fairly distributed in population allocation,but their health promotion is limited;The average health resources were homogeneous with the residents' health level;The health resources in eastern Guizhou province and Western Yunnan are at a disadvantage in terms of geographical allocation level and health level.The polarization phenomenon of "extensive medical treatment,sparse land and less medical treatment" is obvious.,In the gathering area of Yunnan and Guizhou Minorities,most of the health resources are concentrated in the core cities.In the same area,the level of health varies greatly.
