Objective: In this study,we observed the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture treatment based on the meridian sinew theory and conventional stroke acupuncture for the treatment of post-stroke spastic genu recurvatum patients, and analyzed and compared the efficacy differences between them.To provide new ideas for clinical treatment of post-stroke genu recurvatum. Methods: Seventy-two subjects with post-stroke spastic genu recurvatum from the cerebral disease treatment area of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine and meeting the diagnostic criteria were included and grouped by the random number method, and finally 70 cases were actually included, including 35 patients in the treatment group(warm acupuncture group)and 35 patients in the control group(conventional acupuncture method group). After four treatment sessions, the maximum knee extension angle, time up and go test, the simplified lower limb Fugl-Meyer assessment score, and the Barthel index scores of the subjects in both groups before and after treatment were entered into SPSS 22.0 statistical software for analysis and processing, and the final conclusions were drawn based on the analytical comparisons. Results: The final actual completion of this subject was 70 cases,35 cases in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group. The comparison of the baseline data of the subjects in both groups indicated that the data in both groups were comparable(P>0.05).1.intra-group comparison of maximum knee extension angle before and after treatment, the results showed that both groups had a reduction and significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could reduce the maximum knee extension angle after treatment;inter-group comparison of maximum knee extension angle after treatment in both groups, the results showed that the two groups had a difference(P<0.05),and the improvement was more obvious in the treatment group(warm acupuncture group).2.Intra-group comparison of the simplified lower limb Fugl-Meyer assessment before and after treatment showed that both groups improved and the difference was significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups were able to improve their scores and lower limb motor function;inter-group comparison of the simplified lower limb Fugl-Meyer assessment after treatment showed that there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group(warm acupuncture group)was improvement was more obvious.3.Intra-group comparison of the time up and go test before and after treatment showed that both groups showed improvement and the difference was significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups were able to shorten the test duration and improve the walking speed;inter-group comparison of the time up and go test after treatment showed that there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement was more obvious in the treatment group(warm acupuncture group).4.Intra-group comparison of Barthel index before and after treatment showed that both groups improved and the difference was significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could improve their scores and daily activity ability;inter-group comparison of Barthel index after treatment showed that there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement was more obvious in the treatment group(warm acupuncture group).5.Based on the improvement of the maximum knee extension angle, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.57%,and the total effective rate of the control group was71.42%.Conclusion: 1.By comparing the maximum knee extension angle measurement, simplified lower limb Fugl-Meyer score, timed up-walk test and Barthel index,it was found that both warm acupuncture treatment based on meridian sinew theory and conventional stroke acupuncture were effective in the treatment of post-stroke genu recurvatum, but warm acupuncture treatment based on meridian sinew theory was better than conventional stroke acupuncture.2.Warm acupuncture based on meridian sinew theory was better than conventional acupuncture in reducing the maximum knee extension angle, improving walking speed and lower limb function, and promoting the recovery of activities of daily living in patients with post-stroke genu recurvatum, and can be promoted in clinical practice.
