ObjectiveBy observing the clinical effect of resuscitation needling technique combined with warming acupuncture meridian sinew node in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after cerebral apoplexy,to explore the reasonable program of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of this disease,to ameliorate patient’s clinical symptoms and enhance clinical curative effect. Methods:Research object:According to the inclusion criteria of this study, patients admitted to the department of acupuncture ward of First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of TCM from May 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects, patients enrolled were divided into control or treatment groups randomly, each group has 30 casesTreatment:Two groups of patients with reference to the Chinese cerebrovascular disease prevention and control guide(guide)for cerebrovascular disease prevention and treatment of China on the basis of neurology clinical treatment, and on this basis, the control group was treated with resuscitation needling technique;the treatment group was treated with resuscitation needling technique combined with warming acupuncture meridian sinew node, all treatments lasted for 30 min.Two groups of patients were treated once a day,6 times a week,2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of treatment 2 course of treatment.Observation indicators:Take Fug1-meyer motor assessment(FMA),Clinic Spasticity Index(CSI),Modified Barthel Index(MBI),Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS),And results were evaluated objectively by an independent trained acupuncturist before and after 4 weeks of treatment.Statistical method:SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis. When P<0.05,there was considered to be a difference, and the difference was statistically significant.ResultsA total of 60 patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke were included in this study, the control group and the treatment group each had 30 cases.During the trial,60 patients completed treatment, the control group has 30,the treatment group has 30.1.Comparison of patients’ basic information:According to the comparison of each patients’ age, gender, course of disease and disease type in the two groups, there was no statistical significance in data difference between the two groups(P>0.05),which represented comparable.2.Comparison of pre-treatment scoring scales: the comparison of FMA,CSI,MBI and MAS scores between the control group and the treatment group before treatment showed no statistical significance between the two groups.3.After treatment, the scores of FMA,CSI,MAS and MBI scores in two groups were significantly improved, the improvement of scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.4.Using Modified Ashworth Scale as the clinical efficacy index, comparing the overall effective rate of the two groups after completed treatment, the results showed that the result in treatment group was better.Conclusion:1.Both resuscitation needling technique and resuscitation needling technique combined with warming acupuncture meridian sinew node treatment can significantly improve the limb movement function, reduce the muscle tension and spasm degree of the limb, and improve the ability of daily life of patients with spasmodic hemiplegia after stroke.2.The curative effect of resuscitation needling technique combined with warming the meridian junction of acupuncture on spasmodic hemiplegia after stroke is better than that of resuscitation needling technique alone, and can significantly improve the mobility of the affected limb, reduce the degree of spasm and muscle tension, and restore the ability of daily life of the patients.3.The curative effect of resuscitation needling technique combined with warming the meridian joints of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of this disease is definite, with few side effects, and is easy to be popularized, which provides a new therapeutic scheme for the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke.
