Study On Characteristics Of Energy Metabolism Of Acupoints In Women Of Four Kinds Of Constitution Before Menstruation

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to adopt Ultraweak Photon Emission(UPE),Infrared Thermal Imaging,infrared thermal imaging,infrared thermal imaging,infrared thermal imaging,infrared thermal imaging.The detection technique of IRTI was used to observe the energy changes of acupoints on the 7th day of the premenstrual period for women with 4 different constitutions(peace quality,Yang deficiency quality,blood stasis quality and qi stagnation quality),and to explore the correlation of energy changes of acupoints on women with 4 different constitutions in the premenstrual period,providing new ideas for the study of menstrual diseases.Method: Through the questionnaire survey,48 subjects were included in accordance with the classification and judgment criteria of traditional Chinese medicine constitution,including 12 subjects in harmony,Yang deficiency,blood stasis and qi stagnation.The UPE and IRTI changes of 4 women with different constitutions at the left and right Hegu points,uterus points and Sanyinjiao points in 3 consecutive premenstrual periods were detected by UPE and IRTI detection techniques.The changes of UPE and IRTI in women with different constitutions were compared.Results:(1)There were no significant differences in the temperature and UPE intensity of Hegu point,Zigong point and Sanyinjiao point on both sides of the left and right sides of the premenstrual period in women with normal quality(P > 0.01).(2)The temperature of Hegu point,uterus point and Sanyinjiao point on the left and right sides of women with Yang deficiency in premenstrual period had significant differences compared with other constitutions(P< 0.01),and had a trend of being significantly lower than that of other constitutions;The UPE intensity of Hegu point,Zigong point and Sanyinjiao point on the left and right sides were significantly different from that of normal and normal quality(P < 0.01),and had a tendency to be significantly lower than that of normal quality;There were significant differences in the temperature comparison of the same name acupoints on the right and left sides of Yang-deficiency substance(P < 0.01),and there were also significant differences in the UPE comparison of uterus acupoints and Sanyinjiao acupoints on the right and left sides(P < 0.01).(3)The temperature of the women with blood stasis at the left Hegu point,the right uterus point and the right Sanyinjiao point in the early menstrual period had a significant difference(P < 0.01),and was significantly lower than that of the women with blood stasis.The UPE intensity of left Hegu point,right uterus point and Zuo Sanyinjiao point was significantly different from that of peace and quality(P < 0.01),and the UPE intensity of left Hegu point and right uterus point was significantly lower than that of peace and quality point,while the UPE intensity of left Sanyinjiao point was significantly higher than that of peace and quality point.There were significant differences in the temperature and UPE of the same acupoints on the left and right side of blood stasis(P < 0.01).(4)Qi-stagnation women had significant differences in temperature and quality at right Hegu point,right uterus point and right Sanyinjiao point in the early menstrual period(P <0.01),and the right Hegu point had a tendency to be higher than the peace point,while the right uterus point and right Sanyinjiao point had a tendency to be lower than the peace point.The UPE intensity of the right Hegu point,the right uterus point and the left Sanyinjiao point were significantly different from that of the peace and quality(P < 0.01),and the right Hegu point and the right uterus point had a tendency to be lower than the peace and quality,while the left Sanyinjiao point had a tendency to be higher than the peace and quality.There were significant differences in temperature and UPE at the left and right acupoints of Qi stagnation quality(P < 0.01).Conclusion:1 There are differences in energy metabolism levels of acupoints in the same parts of women with different constitutions.2 In addition to peace and quality,the energy metabolism of the same acupoints on the left and right sides of the other three types of female constitutions has the characteristics of imbalance.
