| Objective: To explore the value of infrared thermal imaging in diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of patients with back myofascitis by comparing and analyzing the difference of infrared thermal imaging results,VAS score and sleep quality index before and after acupuncture treatment,as well as the correlation between the results of infrared thermal imaging and VAS score and sleep quality index. Methods: The subjects were 120 cases of back myofascitis patients in the pain Department of Affiliated Hospital of Chifeng University. The basic information of the patients was recorded, and under the prescribed experimental conditions, the back of each subject was examined by infrared thermal imaging,Review is required after a course of acupuncture treatment(once a week,a total of 3 times). The differences of infrared thermal imaging results,VAS score and sleep quality index before and after treatment were compared and analyzed,as well as the correlation between infrared thermal imaging results and VAS score and sleep quality index. The data obtained from the test were analyzed using SPSS26.0.Results:(1)There was a positive correlation between the number of self-reported back pain areas and the number of abnormal hot areas shown by infrared thermography before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the correlation coefficients were 0.792 and 0.679,respectively.(2)There was a positive correlation between ΔART and VAS scores before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the correlation coefficients were 0.279 and 0.215,respectively.(3)There was a positive correlation between ΔART and sleep quality index before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the correlation coefficients were 0.258 and 0.223,respectively.Conclusion: Infrared thermal imaging technology can objectively evaluate the efficacy of acupoint acupuncture in the treatment of back myofasciitis, and provide more objective basis for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical back myofasciitis. |
