Purpose:The aim of this study was to observe the infrared temperature change rule of lung meridian in patients with HIV infection;comparing the correlation analysis between relative temperature of lung meridians and HIV viral load,to discuss the scientificity that the skin infrared temperature change of lung meridian of HIV infection could reflect symptom effect and provide experimental basis for demonstrating the scientificity of acupuncture theory related to lung meridian.Objects and methods:The disease group include a total of 42 HIV infected of AIDS period in MSM group were selected from NGO.The subjects were divided into the treatment group and the no treatment group according to whether they had received AIDS blocking drugs, and, there were25 cases in the treatment group, there were 17 cases in the no treatment group. In addition, healthy control group include 21 male healthy volunteers who had no history of HIV infection and no symptoms or signs of visceral or skin infections were from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Using the ATIR-M301 medical infrared thermal imager to take an infrared chart of the subject, and collect temperatures of 22 lung meridian and Tanzhong point, and calculated the relative temperature(divide the infrared temperature of acupoint by the infrared temperature of the Tanzhong point).Within the group, compared the infrared temperature of two homonymic acupoints in the group;between groups, compared the infrared relative temperature with the same name on the same side;and compared correlation analysis of acupoint point temperature and viral load. All data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software, the mean is expressed in terms of `x and s.Results:1.Above the elbow, the infrared relative temperature of the no treatment group was higher than that of the treatment group, the infrared relative temperature of the treatment group was higher than that of the healthy control group, and the relative temperature of Zhongfu and Yunmen of the no treatment group on both sides was significantly higher than that in thehealthy control group(P < 0.05),the relative temperature of the no treatment group was higher than the treatment group with no significance(P >0.05).2.Bellow the elbow, the infrared relative temperature of the treatment group was higher than that of the no treatment group, the infrared relative temperature of the no treatment group was higher than that of the healthy control group, and the relative temperature of Lieque,Yuji and Shaoshang of the treatment group on both sides was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group(P < 0.05),the relative temperature of the treatment group was higher than the no treatment group with no significance(P >0.05).3.The relative temperature of acupoints above the elbow was positively correlated with viral load, and the significance of correlation coefficient r was > 0.05;The relative temperature of acupoints below the elbow was negatively correlated with viral load, and the correlation coefficient r of the left Lieque,Jingqu,Taiyuan,Yuji and Shaoshang was significantly< 0.05.Conclusion:1.The infrared temperature on the surface of lung meridians of AIDS patients in MSM group showed an increasing trend, the infrared temperature of acupuncture point that the treatment group and no treatment group have the effect of reflecting symptoms showed the difference with regular expression, indicating infrared temperature changes of lung meridians and acupoints could be used as an objective indicator of HIV infection in MSM population. It showed that the infrared skin temperatures reflected the scientific effect of diseases.2.The finding that the infrared temperature changes of the left Lieque,Yuji and Shaoshang point were negatively correlated with HIV viral load provided experimental basis for demonstrating the scientific nature of lung meridian acupoint reflecting symptom effect and the scientificity of acupuncture theory related to lung meridian.
