| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM rehabilitation program on patients with post-stroke shoulder pain. Methods: 72 patients with post-stroke shoulder pain were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given movement therapy and the treatment group was given TCM rehabilitation treatment methods. The treatment time of the two groups was once a day and five times a week for a total of 4 weeks. The pain visual analogue score(VAS),Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function score(FMA),modified Barthel index score(MBI)and shoulder mobility(ROM)were used to compare the scores of the two groups, and the efficacy of the two groups was observed and evaluated. Results: 1.72 patients were finally included in this subject.t-test and chi-square test showed no statistically significant differences between the general information of the two groups(p>0.05).The differences in the pre-treatment scores between the two groups were not statistically significant(p>0.05).2.After treatment, the VAS scores of patients in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(p<0.001),and the VAS scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(p<0.001).3.The ROM,FMA and MBI scores in both groups increased after treatment compared with those before treatment(p<0.001),and the scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.001).Conclusion: 1.Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can significantly reduce shoulder pain, and the efficacy is better than movement therapy.2.Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the motor function of the shoulder joint, and the efficacy is better than that of movement therapy.3.TCM comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve patients’ daily life ability, and the efficacy is better than movement therapy. |
