Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Post-Stroke Shoulder Pain With Pounding Needing To Shoulder Four Points

Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of shoulder four ponds with pounding needing and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder pain,and to find a better plan for clinical acupuncture treatment of post-stroke shoulder pain.Methods:60 patients with post-stroke shoulder pain were randomly divided into observation group(pounding needle group)and control group(conventional acupuncture group)with each 30 cases.4 acupoints were the same on the shoulder of the affected side in the two groups,which were: Jianqian,Jianyu,Jianliao,Jianzhen.Both groups were treated 50 minutes once a day,6 times a week for 4 weeks.Visual analog scale(VAS),Constant-Murley shoulder joint function score(CMS)and simplified Fugl-Meyer score(FMA)were used to compare the efficacy of the two groups,and the data were statistically analyzed.2 patients for personal reasons from each group dropped out during the clinical observation process,resulting in 28 patients from each group completing the study and entering the efficacy data analysis.Results:1.After 4 weeks of treatment,VAS scores in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.01),and lower in observation group(P < 0.05).2.After 4 weeks of treatment,CMS scores in both groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P < 0.01),and higher in observation group(P < 0.01).3.After 4 weeks of treatment,FMA scores in both groups after treatment were higher than before(P < 0.01),and higher in observation group(P < 0.01).4.The effective rate of the observation group was 89.29%(25/28),superior to 78.57%(22/28)in the control group.There was a difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Shoulder four ponds with pounding needing can reduce the pain degree of patients with post-stroke shoulder pain,and its effect is better than conventional acupuncture.2.Shoulder four ponds with pounding needing can improve the function of shoulder joint and the movement of the upper limbs of patients with post-stroke shoulder pain,and its effect is better than conventional acupuncture.3.The curative effect of the shoulder four ponds with pounding needing in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder pain is more accurate,superior to conventional acupuncture,and worth promoting.
