Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Massage In The Treatment Of Shoulder Pain After Stroke

Objective: to explore the curative effect of acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of shoulder pain after apoplexy,and to provide a new idea for the treatment of shoulder pain after apoplexy.Methods: Select 60 patients after a stroke shoulder pain of patients,filtered,are included in the standard,the 60 patients were divided into control group 30 cases and treatment group 30 cases,the principle of randomized,control group adopts the rehabilitation treatment,the treatment group USES the rehabilitation therapy combined with acupuncture massage,selection of Yu upper shoulder,shoulder liao,chien cheng,shoulder,TaiJian,shoulder well,days before,a course of one week,treatment 6 days a week,take a day off,for 4 weeks,before and after treatment,respectively,the measurement of VAS scale,AHI,FMA scale,body mass index of assessment,to assess the risk of side shoulder pain,the extent of the shoulder joint subluxation,And the improvement of upper limb life function.Results:1 、 Before treatment,the VAS scores of the control group and the treatment group were not statistically significant(p>0.05),and the VAS scores of the two groups were comparable.After treatment,the VAS results of both groups were lower than those before treatment(p<0.01),with a significant difference,but the score results of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,with a significant difference(p<0.01).2、 Before treatment,the AHI values of the patients in the control group and the treatment group met the diagnostic criteria of shoulder subluxation;After treatment,non-parametric tests of joint subluxation in the treatment group and the control group showed significant differences between the two groups(p<0.05).3、 Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FMA scores between the control group and the treatment group(p>0.05),and the FMA scores of the two groups were comparable.After treatment,the FMA scores ofthe two groups were higher than those before treatment(p<0.01),and the difference was significant,and the FMA scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(p<0.01),the difference was significant.4 、 Before treatment,the MBI scores of the control group and the treatment group were not statistically significant(p>0.05),and the MBI scores of the two groups were comparable.After treatment,the MBI results of both groups were higher than those before treatment(p<0.01),with a significant difference,and the MBI score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(p<0.01),with a significant difference.Conclusion:1、 Both rehabilitation therapy and rehabilitation therapy combined with acupuncture and massage can reduce the pain degree of patients with shoulder pain after stroke;2、The degree of rehabilitation treatment combined with acupuncture and massage to alleviate shoulder pain after stroke is better than that of simple rehabilitation treatment,and can reduce the degree of shoulder joint subluxation after stroke,which is conducive to the recovery of upper limb function and improves the quality of life of patients.
