| Objective:The therapeutic effect of the new graphene moxibustion patch was compared by observing the length of action time of the new graphene moxibustion patch, and the best therapeutic time node of the new graphene moxibustion patch was determined by the best therapeutic effect of the new graphene moxibustion patch with different action time, which provided reliable medical evidence for the clinical promotion of the treatment plan. Methods:A total of 72 patients with lumbar muscle strain were collected in this study and randomly divided into treatment group A,treatment group B and treatment group C,with24 patients in each group. The common pain points of lumbar muscle strain, namely A Shi point and bilateral Shenshu, were selected for patch treatment.(Moxibustion patch specifications:Moxibustion patch is 3.5X3.5 cm round patch with a thickness of2.5mm.Treatment group three groups were treated with new graphene moxibustion patch, which was produced by Jilin Aluokang Medical Technology Development Co.,LTD.)Shenshu and Ashi points were selected for treatment in all three groups. The treatment time of group A was 2h,group B was 4h and group C was 6h.The three groups were paired once a day at each point and once every other day for a total of 7 days of intervention.2 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of the three groups were recorded before and after one course of treatment.Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)before, after and at 1-month follow-up;Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Score Scale(TCMSSS)before and after treatment and statistical analysis was conducted to evaluate the clinical efficacy of three new graphene moxibustion patches with different action times on lumbar muscle strain. Then determine the best application time node of the new graphene moxibustion patch.Results:1.General data: The basic data(gender, age, disease duration)of the three groups of patients in the treatment group were statistically analyzed before treatment, and the results showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the three groups(P <0.05),which was comparable.2.Visual analogue score(VAS): the comparison within the group, the VAS scores of the three groups after treatment were lower than before(P < 0.05)indicating that the different treatment time nodes of the three groups All of them could make the lumbar strain pain improve;the difference between the VAS scores of the three groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05)after the statistical analysis of the treatment. However, the mean value of VAS scores in treatment group B was lower than the other two groups, indicating that treatment group B was better than the other two groups in improving lumbar strain pain, and also indicating that the new graphene moxibustion patch had the best efficacy at the 4h time node of application.3.Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI): intra-group comparison, the ODI index was lower in all three groups after treatment than before(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the lumbar dysfunction of lumbar muscle strain could be improved by different time nodes of treatment in the three groups;the difference of ODI index in the three groups was statistically significant after statistical analysis of treatment(P< 0.05).However,the mean value of ODI index in treatment group B was lower than the other two groups, indicating that treatment group B was better than the other two groups in improving lumbar strain lumbar dysfunction. It also showed that the new graphene moxibustion paste was most effective in improving lumbar strain lumbar dysfunction at the4-h time point of application. At the follow-up,the ODI indices of the three groups were statistically analyzed and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but the mean value of ODI index of treatment group B was lower than the other two groups, indicating that treatment group B was better than the other two groups in improving lumbar strain lumbar dysfunction. It also showed that the new graphene moxibustion paste was most effective in improving lumbar strain lumbar dysfunction at the 4h time point of application and could maintain certain long-term efficacy.4.TCM symptom score(TCMSSS): compared within groups, the TCMSSS of the three groups decreased after treatment(P < 0.05)compared with before, and the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the three groups with different treatment time nodes had an improvement effect on the symptoms related to TCM lumbar strain;after the end of treatment, the TCMSSS of the three groups were statistically analyzed, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but the treatment group B The mean value of TCMSSS in group B was lower than the other two groups, indicating that group B was better than the other two groups in improving TCM-related symptoms of lumbar muscle strain. It also showed that the new graphene moxibustion paste was most effective in improving TCM-related symptoms of lumbar muscle strain at the 4-h time point of application.5.Clinical efficacy comparison: after the end of treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group A was 83.33%,the total effective rate of treatment group B was 95.83%,and the total effective rate of treatment group C was 91.67%,and the efficacy of the three groups was statistically analyzed, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),which indicated that the efficacy of treatment group B was better than the other two groups. It also showed that the clinical efficacy of the new graphene moxibustion patch was highest at the 4h time node of the patching.Conclusion:1.the new graphene moxibustion paste with different action time in all three groups had certain improvement in terms of for improving the pain of lumbar strain, lumbar dysfunction and Chinese medicine symptoms.2.The new graphene moxibustion patch with 4 h action time had better overall efficacy than the other two groups, and was better than the other two groups in improving the pain of lumbar muscle strain, lumbar dysfunction, and Chinese medicine symptoms. |
