ObjectiveThis topic through the acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint sticking therapy for chronic lumbar muscle strain, clinical treatment and curative effect observation. Systematic research on chronic lumbar muscle strain, thus providing a new thought and method for the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain.methodsTo determine eligible subjects at the outpatient department and inpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, a total of90subjects were divided into acupuncture group, acupoint application group and acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint application group, the acupuncture group (hereinafter referred to as A group)30cases, acupoint application group (hereinafter referred to as the B group)30cases, acupoint sticking group of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with (hereinafter referred to as C group)30cases. Acupoint application group with Shuangbai powder; warm acupuncture group, acupoint Shenshu, Dachangshu (double)(double), Ciliao (double), Venezuela (double), Ashi acupoint alternately; the three groups of subjects according to the method of treatment for1courses,3month is1treatment course. Three groups of subjects at the end of the first before treatment and after each drawing blood measurements of TXB2,6-K-PGFla, and assessed before and after treatment subjects symptom scores and clinical efficacy. ResultsThis research adopts randomized controlled trial methods. In all patients, a total of87cases completed the treatment,3cases of loss. The basic situation of the three groups after statistical analysis, the results of P>0.05, three group of comparison. 1、The clinical efficacy of three groups:A group, the cure rate was24.1%, the effective rate was34.5%, the total effective rate was85.9%;B group, the cure rate was20%, the effective rate was30%, the total effective rate was80%; C group, the cure rate was32.1%, the effective rate was42.9%, the total effective rate was92.9%. C group the total effective cases and the total effective rate was more than that of A group and B group, and statistically, there was significant difference between P<0.05.2、Comparison of VAPS score before and after treatment in the three groups: VAPS scores between the three groups before treatment, no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, VAPS scores of the three groups were decreased (P<0.05), C group and A group, B group, significantly decreased, there was significant difference (P<0.01).3、Comparison of CODI score before and after treatment in the three groups: CODI scores between the three groups before treatment, no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, CODI scores of the three groups were decreased (P<0.01), C group and A group, B group, significantly decreased, there was significant difference (P<0.05).4、Comparison of plasma TXB2content before and after treatment in the three groups:Three groups before treatment plasma content of TXB2group showed no significant difference (P>0.05). The three groups after treatment in patients with TXB2were decreased (P<0.01), but the C group decreased more significantly, compared with the A group, B group, there was significant difference (P<0.01).5、Comparison of plasma6-K-PGFla content before and after treatment in the three groups:Three groups before treatment plasma content of6-K-PGFla group showed no significant difference (P>0.05). All three groups increased the content of6-K-PGFla in plasma after treatment (P<0.01), but the C group increased more significantly, compared with the A group, B group, there was significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion:In general, results show that both the warming acupuncture, acupoint, acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint sticking therapy has certain curative effect on the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain, with the clinical feasibility. This study provides a comprehensive therapy is effective for chronic lumbar muscle strain symptoms.
