Based On Xuanfu Theory To Guide The Clinical Effect Of Pediatric Massage Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation On Allergic Rhinitis

Objective: The syndrome differentiation of allergic rhinitis in children in traditional Chinese medicine has not been completely clear.Based on Xuanfu theory,this study guided pediatric massage,combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation to observe the clinical efficacy of treating allergic rhinitis in children,and provided new ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease in clinical practice.Methods:The subjects of the study were selected from December 1,2021 to December31,2022,72 children who were treated in the pediatric outpatient department and affiliated children ’s diagnosis and treatment center of the Third Affiliated Clinical Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and met the diagnostic criteria of ’Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis in Children(2010,Chongqing)’.The selected children were divided into treatment group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases)according to the order of treatment according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with budesonide suspension for inhalation and oral montelukast sodium chewable tablets.The treatment group was given Xuanfu theory to guide pediatric massage combined with Chinese medicine fumigation.Symptom scores were recorded before and after treatment.Follow-up was performed 1month after treatment.Relevant data were collected and analyzed statistically.Results: After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.32 %,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.25 %.There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment,P < 0.05;the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving nasal congestion,nasal itching,runny nose,sneezing and total efficiency.Follow-up of cured cases 1 month after treatment showed that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower.Conclusion: 1.Xuanfu occlusion is one of the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis in children,opening Xuanfu is the treatment principle of this disease;2.Xuanfu theory to guide pediatric massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children,has obvious therapeutic effect on the main symptoms such as nasal congestion,especially in improving the efficacy of sneezing and nasal itching,and the effect is fast,not easy to relapse.Can be applied to the clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.
