Clinical Study On Pediatric Massage Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine For Treatment Of Pediatric Multiple Tic Disorder (Shangjiao Syndromes) Based On Triple Focus Syndrome Theory

Objective: To observe the dialectical theory of traditional Chinese medicine combined with massage treatment of children with Tourette syndrome curative effect and safety of disease based on the dialectical theory to determine the clinical significance of children with Tourette syndrome multiple.Methods: 60 cases of children in our hospital out-patient collected with Tourette syndrome were randomly divided into control group of 30 patients with simple oral Xifeng stop decoction,30 cases of the study group,taking the wind and stopping decoction combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of children,the two groups with 3 month follow were observed for 6 months,to record the efficacy and adverse reactions,according to the Yale integral scale and TCM Syndrome Scale before and after treatment to observe the effect of integral quantization,two kinds of treatment of vocal tics,motor tics and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine to improve the situation.Results: the total score of the two groups before and after treatment group comparison P<0.01,with statistical differences,indicating wind stopping Decoction in the treatment of this disease has obvious effect,wind and stopping decoction combined with massage therapy in children with this disease has obvious effect,and better than the control group,two groups in the scores before and after treatment compared with that of p<0.01.Statistical significance of the treatment group,the total effective rate was 100%,total effective treatment in the control group was 93.32%,better than the treatment effect of the study group and control group.The total effective rate of the study group was 100%,and the total effective rate of the vocal tic control group was 93.32%,so the control of vocal tic tics in the study group was better than that in the control group.The total effective rate of the control group was 100%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%.The control of motor tic tics in the study group was better than that in the control group.According to the improvement of TCM syndrome,the total effective rate of the study group was% and the total effective rate of the control group 83.33%.The improvement of TCM syndrome in the study group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: 1.The therapeutic effect of Xifeng Zhi Zhi Decoction on effective and multiple Tourette syndrome is significant.2.The effect of Xi Feng Zhi Tang combined with children’s massage on children’s multiple aspiration is significant.3.The curative effect of Qi Feng Zhi Tang combined with children’s massage to treat the disease is superior only with the effect of oral Qi Feng Zhi Zhi decoction.4,children’s massage can improve the treatment effect of this disease.5,the dialectical theory can guide theclinical treatment of children with Tourette syndrome.
