Clinical Observation Of Qingfei Tongqiao Decoction In Treating Children’s Allergic Rhinitis(Lung Meridian Heat Syndrome )

Objective: This paper presents an objective evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safety of the formula prepared by Professor Sun Liping," Qingfei Tongqiao Decoction ",in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in pediatric patients(Lung Meridian Heat Syndrome),summarizes the academic thinking and clinical experience of Professor Sun Liping in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in pediatric patients,and provides some theoretical and clinical basis for the treatment of this disease.Methods: Sixty patients from the outpatient clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine were selected for this study.Cases were collected from December 2021 to December 2022.All cases met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine and were reviewed and qualified by inclusion and exclusion criteria.The grouping method was the random number table method,and patients were divided into observation and control groups.The 60 children were randomized into 2 groups,with 30 cases of Qingfei Tongqiao Decoction in the observation group and 30 cases of Xanthium sibiricum rhinitis dropping pill in the control group.After 14 days of treatment,the clinical symptoms,signs and quality of life scales of the two groups were compared,and the effectiveness of Chinese medical evidence was analysed and evaluated.SPSS 23.0software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.Case inclusion: A total of 65 cases were included in this study,including 34 cases in the observation group and 31 cases in the control group.2.Comparison of baseline characteristics between the two groups of children: 35 cases(53.85%)were male and 30 cases(46.15%)were female,and the ratio of male to female gender was about 7:6.18 cases(52.94%)were male and 16 cases(47.06%)were female in the observation group;17 cases(54.84%)were male and 14 cases(45.16%)were female in the control group.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of age(P>0.05),which was comparable.3.Clinical efficacy results : The total effective rate of the observation group was94.12%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.87%,P=0.033(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was different,and the total effective rate of the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Professor Sun Liping believes that the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis(Lung Meridian Heat Syndrome)emphasizes the use of lung meridian medicine and makes good use of the theory of "treating the lung and nose together" and " lung and spleen harmonization".2.It is safe and effective to treat pediatric allergic rhinitis in Qingfei Tongqiao Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children(Lung Meridian Heat Syndrome).The overall clinical efficacy was better than that of the control group of Xanthium sibiricum rhinitis dropping pill.3.In the course of this study,no obvious adverse effects were found.It is safe and reliable.It is suitable for clinical promotion application.
