Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Late Menstruation (Qi And Blood Weakness Evidence) With Xiao Ying Decoction Plus Reduction

Objective: Through clinical observation of the clinical improvement and therapeutic effect of Xiao Ying Decoction plus and minus soup on the late menstruation in patients with late menstruation(Qi and blood weakness),we hope to provide a new reference and treatment plan for the treatment of late menstruation(Qi and blood weakness).Methods:From December 2021 to December 2022,72 patients with late menstruation in the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin Academy of Chinese Medicine were selected according to the actual outpatient consultation and case inclusion criteria,and were randomly divided into two groups,in which the treatment group was given Xiao Ying Decoction plus reduction and the control group was given Ba Zhen Granules.In the process of treatment,due to objective and subjective factors,one patient in the treatment group and one patient in the control group were lost,and finally 35 patients in each group remained.At the end of the treatment,the data related to menstrual cycle and TCM syndrome score were scored by medical statistical analysis to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Xiao Ying Decoction plus and minus in clinical application.Results:Comprehensive clinical efficacy analysis: In the treatment group,there were35 cases,of which 12 cases were cured,accounting for 34.28%,13 cases were effective,accounting for 37.14%,5 cases were effective,accounting for 14.28%,and 5 cases were ineffective,accounting for 14.28%,with an overall effective rate of 85.71%.In the control group,there were 35 cases,of which 7 cases(20%)were cured,8 cases(22.85%)were effective,13 cases(37.14%)were effective,7 cases(20%)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 80%.The overall efficacy of the two groups was compared(P<0.05),and the efficacy was different.It can be concluded that the therapeutic effect of Xiaoying Decoction plus and minus was better compared with the control group of Ba Zhen Granules.Conclusion:By observing the treatment of the patients in the group,Xiao Ying Decoction with addition and subtraction was found to be effective in improving the primary and secondary symptoms of late menstruation(Qi and blood weakness).The therapeutic effect of Xiaoying Decoction Plus and Minus was better than that of Bajhen Granules in improving the menstrual cycle and related concomitant symptoms,and can be further studied and applied in clinical practice.
