Objective: This topic aims to observe the clinical effect of Professor Zhao Jianjun’s treatment of migraine(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)based on Buqi Tongluo prescription, enrich the theory and experience of TCM treatment of migraine, and broaden the treatment ideas. Methods: All patients were from the Department of Encephalopathy,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine.72 patients with migraine(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)were divided into two groups by random number table method.36 patients were in the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given oral treatment with Buqi Tongluo prescription, and the control group was given oral treatment with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule. Both the treatment group and the control group took medicine for a total of 4 weeks, and followed up 3 months later.Headache symptom scores and TCM syndrome scores of patients in the two groups were recorded before treatment,as well as halving rate of headache attacks, headache symptom scores and TCM syndrome scores of patients in the two groups after treatment.Follow-up visits after three months were conducted to record halving rate of headache attacks of patients in the two groups,so as to draw conclusions.Results:(1)A total of 72 patients were included in the study,of which 68 patients completed clinical observation,2 cases fell off in the treatment group and 2 cases fell out in the control group, with a total dropout rate of 5.56%;(2)The halving rate of headache attacks in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group after treatment and at the three-month follow-up,indicating that the efficacy of Buqitongluo prescription was superior to flunarizine hydrochloride capsule.(3)After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 68.00%,and the P<0.05 was compared between the two groups, which was statistically significant, indicating that the total effective rate of the TCM syndrome score of qi tonic ventilation for migraine(qi deficiency and blood stasis)was better than that of flunarizine hydrochloride capsules.(4)After treatment, the scores of headache and TCM syndrome in the treatment group and the control group were compared with those before treatment, and P <0.05,indicating that Buqi Tongluo prescription and flunarizine hydrochloride capsule were effective on all the observed symptoms. In the treatment group,P <0.05 was found to be better than the control group in improving the degree of headache, reducing the duration of headache, reducing the frequency of headache attacks, improving the headache accompanying symptoms, migraine scores, the total scores of TCM syndroms and TCM syndroms(pain fixed, pain such as acupuncture, dull or empty pain or afternoon aggravation, continuous pain, fatigue and lazy talk). There was no significant difference between the two groups in TCM syndrome(dark lips or dark complexion, spontaneous sweating),P>0.05.Conclusion: According to the statistics of the data,it is concluded that the treatment of migraine(qi deficiency and blood stasis)is effective, can significantly improve the degree and duration of the patient’s headache, can reduce the pain of the patient, improve the degree of happiness, and provide a more effective treatment plan for the majority of medical treatment of migraine(qi deficiency and blood stasis).
